PAAA Keep up chieftain, your technical analysis voodoo is a bit behind my 11:39 guesswork. Prost SL
We have a cup and handle on the chart, left hand rim May last year. We just hit the right hand rim and backed off and are currently creating the handle. Target for breakout from rim would be 50p :) Admittedly the symmetry of the cup is not perfect as its asymmetric, would be better to see more regular sides. I have been holding SXX since last year around 22p so am quite happy at the moment. I think I may add more on a breakout of 35p.
First couple of hours of the week, people are taking up positions. Hence the initially high volumes. Swing traders, day traders, hour and minute traders all take their positions. Naturally - unless something substantive to underline it occurs - volume then dissipates somewhat. As for resistance, on a daily chart it's calculated by identifying pivot points based upon the previous month's high/low/close data. Once you have your pivots, with a few simple calculations you can then determine support and resistance levels. And should anyone be interested ~34.5 is 1st resistance and roughly 36p 2nd. Cheers, per ardua ad astra
Indeed Myosotis, and dare I suggest that for now, 34p looks like its gona be around about the share price backstop (or should I say support using the parlance of the voodoo specialists) Prost SL
not sure a chartist make much difference or not. in my mind we spent a lot of time around the 17p mark and at 34p perhaps people are doing the old sell half when it bags and have a free ride!!! just a thought
Scotman all the more reason to think positive and think/assume that there is something to come out of it being brought forward, i agree with you tho there are more reasons as to why it has been brought forward but here's hoping
rob99, that reason can be anything from the chairmans travel schedule clashing to hall availability at the chosen venue. I certainly wouldnt count on it being with a major announcement. Its hardly a last minute change!
Expect IUK to underwrite 2bn of capital raise within the next 3 months ?? I think it's 2bn and not the full 3 Might be sooner
Scotman it maybe a formal date but its not the original date there has to be a reason for brining the agm forward :-)
I'm not a chartist......but I read,a couple of months ago, that there was resistance at 34p.....i guess it makes them sell...
Say I mean.
Any Chartists day why 34p is difficult to hold.
Didn’t mean to mislead anyone Nickprice100 - Fred and 16 are my lucky name and number - and to be honest originally didn’t think I’d ever post anything on here - how wrong was I!
Really nice volume Prost SL
Nice volume. Prost SL
Or a very lucky guy.
A girl called Fred?!
Good to see the share price back on track and where it should be. Onward to the forties. Prost SL
Haha - currently on ‘girls trip’ - conversation has gone from great concern about my Sirius share purchase to discussing how much the share price has to be before I can buy a villa in Portugal!!
I wont be holding my breath on anything substantial being released prior to this. It is after all just a formal date on the corporate calendar and holds no bearing on the project build. All resolutions will be passed and the status quo will remain as is. And as it should be.

sorry, Div-Man, had an attack of the sticky rr's there; should only have been one. gla
You should have dyor and figured this out for yourself quite comfortably - doubtless you have - but just above the 'eve' in development. Do you concurr? gla
This beautiful blonde broker at Barclays said to me “how about a 68 and i’ll owe you one”, typical financial mind. Always on the take
69 is the menu option for Bombay Duck ... oh, the EU doesn't allow you to buy that anymore, ... I wonder why
