Yep it's possible that ICL will have a place in our mine, after all there isn't another one that they would be remotely interested in in the area, once we are in full production :0).
Not in here but I would like to offer best wishes that it bounces back. Cant see govt help despite the ideal of northern powerhouse and Thos Cooks demise will dampen confidence. Best hope is for the CEO to win his spurs and circumvent JP Morgan vulture financiers, good luck
You can have 20 skips, you have to cut the mineral first.
Well obviously I'm interested in your massive project, I invested because people on here can really talk the talk and make it sound achievable, remember the ยฃ1 club?
You can't really compare yourself against us until you overcome the problems we have encounterd and start hitting the big production targets your expecting, you can then give me I told you so !
Some of our machinery is let's say in a used condition but we have a good overhaull/maintenance system in place where one of our miners are always I dry dock getting serviced, they might be better than you think also we have a brand new Joy miner arriving soon.
As for ICL, everyone at Boulby beleives ICL will own your mine eventually

might help?
1500m deep is nothing compared to these phenomena!
16m look small compared to some of them.
The geology matters but the size is a secondary consideration imho.
But why has it taken so long to raise this stuff? I doubt we'd have heard a dicky bird (famous cricket umpire near Sneaton) if the Sept 17th RNS had been "job done all Bonds sold". I'm sorry for doubting you LTM , if you are sincere , but you should not have questioned the economics of polysulphate prices.
And what is a miner? The guy with a pich-axe is one , and so is the guy who designs the route and structure. And then there is the scientist who knows the product. We are very fortunate to have one guy who does all 3 when the companies probably don't have one but three people?

You must qualify for the highest award for loaded questions that I have ever seen. So transparent and the way you work with the other of your kind.
Perhaps try to be subtle?
Max
PolyMiner
As a poly miner. Are the technique the same as SM are going to use
The machine
The way you get it up and out of the mine !
Poly/many.
I see what you are doing there lol
OK poly so maybe you could be useful after all so start telling us why you invested when it's going to be so hard to "cut" it out ? just that one thing that seems to conflict ? so maybe why "some" here struggled to see your intentions above board ? we here have always heard that you equipment is lets say ,a little past it ? and given that we are using the latest technology and that ICL are not in our good books , we have always felt a little superior !
Seems to be alot of new posters turned up on here today (strangely 2 or 3 have similar usernames with the word 'poly' in them) and low and behold they claim to be extremely knowledgeable in everything from finance to tunnels to mining poly, they have had years and years to pop on here to voice their concerns but just so happened to altogether decide to sign up today out of the goodness of their hearts to save investors from losing money, it doesn't add up does it, i'l leave fellow LTH's to make their own conclusions on these posters.
Poly...
You write this
โ the projected production figures are unachievable the tunnel is to ambitious and expensive, then theres a very good chance the project cost will spiral out of control, they always doโ
But also claim to have invested your daughters cash in here...,
Fair play, I apogise to any ladies who I might have offended, But I do know about mining poly and how hard it is to handle, it seems whenever anyone says how hard going it is there's a few keep to get personal, I've been a miner for 35 years and I've seen alor of things, poly for allot or reasons is far the most challenging.
Just wondering how many investors on here know what Additional Mining Procedures are and how if affects production ?
Ah modsto there you are , how about answering my question from earlier ???
Mind your language pm2 we have quite a few lady investors here ! I actually think you may, repeat may not be a basher so not all of us are "judging" you at all , from memory you were very quick to get a bit touchy in your first few posts ??? hence a few more here questioned your intentions !
If you are to be or even want to be of any value here maybe you could start by flicking that chip off your shoulder
Mr JimV , not so fast with charging others as numpties /who said only a few months that at 15p SXX was 'as cheap as chips'
And there's a few knob ends on here who I Bet has never even seen Poly but know everything about it because they have read a leaflet, I've been buying SM shares for over 3 and a half years, probably longer than most on here so your not in a position to judge,
Interesting insight thank you, I would like to hear more comments like these from other mining professionals. Specifically, if you were to take this project on at this stage, what valuation (if any) would get someone interested. Or is it back to your point on the construction and commodity risks being untenable for other mining companies?
lot of newbies on here tonight agreeing with each other , oh diddums i am not a deramper i am a saddo , i feel so sorry for the long termers have you all seen what happened to Thomas Cook , I don`t know how SXX is going to get billions out of the GOVT , take no notice of any of these idiots , SXX is in talks with the GOVT not to get bale out but to guarantee bank loans , the bonds were not the way to go but loans with the banks is . check the numties history or the time they opened an account , you will get the jist .GLA
Gold, we have had a decade of not hearing miner's concerns! Where were they?
And now they appear with a handful of posts between them?
How many experts do they have in the companies that have completed "awesome" work , according to the Express?
Multi-million quid concerns might just employ the best don't you think? And the best are not up to two random miners?
Strabag might call them minors!
Nope, I do not manage forests.
Not hiding my buddy just optimistically waiting for some good news, as the rest of you,
Aubrey are you a forester?
Poly!!!
Mate, where have you been?
Hiding yersen under a bushell... you are too coy.
Anyhow good youโve overcome your shyness.
Please share your insights
LTM how long were you at Amec?
At the 11th hour they nuked the planning permission , and after how many years you arrive at the 23rd hour!
The equipment is in the ground AND NOW YOU RAISE THE DANGERS?
Why haven't you raised this earlier? I could not live myself (though I do unfortunately) if I just sat on information that 16m rooms were going to kill everyone in there when they collapse!
The bit that really makes me angry is you doing the Amec challenge about potash prices being questionable.
What does a mining engineer know about fertiliser? ICL claimed there was no market for polysulphate to help Amec's treachery, perhaps you worked for them instead?
