Yes, Oct 16 was my first buy, and for me I have a fairly big stake in SXX. I also know everything I put in my last post is true, we need to walk before we run and as I put earlier I have every faith in our. How about you?
Oh dear Vanderpump. Sometimes 'Be right and sit tight' is the best maxim to follow. personally I have a core holding and try and 'trade' with no more than 10% of my shares (never dropping below my core). This seems to satisfy the gambler in me. I also have pretty tight rules about size of losses and size of holdings that I need a darn good reason to bend (although they are bent at times) Each to their own but my motto is 'if you cant sleep at night then your'e probably over exposed'
Stanley. Are you a long-term investor in Sirius?
Sounds like bob is a bit of a dick!! Does he invest in anything? Some people just don't like any risk other than chucking it in the bank. He will probably be very jealous and not talk to you at all when you're investment pays off. Don't bother telling him anything again, just buy something nice in a few years and wait for him to ask where you got the money from.
I own the bit that was removed so the d-walling could go in . . .
Well we own part of the company so yes it is our mine, I own the pile of dirt on the left as you look at the photo.
How low it will go with shorting,"Will it go on for a week"Will it get carried away thats the case to top up
I would like to see it upper 35 by the end of the day that would be a lovely finish to the week, but while its on its way down id like to sneak a quick de ramp in down to 31 so i could spend a little more cash ;-)
Take no notice ( unless you want to top up while the share is, comparatively, cheap ). Still waiting before I do anything.
must come on these BBs just looking for an argument. This share is full of LTHs also Traders aswell as Traders disguised as LTHs.Everyone has a different agenda when they will BUY/SELL so just leave it at that.No need to deramp as their are too many knowledgeable posters to see through those games. No need to Ramp as Alan G does enough for everyone 60-80p for xmas now we are still waiting for last xmas 40p. Just chill everyone and enjoy the ride where ever you get on or off. As for this drop we have seen the same thing many times over the years.Well done if you traded and that's what your here for, myself I will be here for a while yet.(fingers crossed)
Bob sounds like a bit of a knob. You are a share holder, obviously you are not one of the decision makers but a shareholder nonetheless.
Hello All , Can i please ask for your opinions , i am a shareholder in sirius , a reasonably big investment. I rarely mention my financial dealing to folk but the other day at a barbacue i mentioned to a not to close family member about my investemnt in sirius , talking like this " yes Bob we have a little bit of concern at the moment with our mine , some funding issues still to be ironed out to the tune of 2 billion dollars , so yes i will be happier when this is sorted and look forward to our mine being completed " , i was shot down by Bob who said " Ha ha , your mine , funding issues , anybody would think the way your talking you owned the mine , ha ha , got to raise 2 billion , who do you think you are , trying to make out your something your not to me " , then Bob made his exit. So my point is , should i not be talking like this , am i wrong to say our mine , am i trying to make out im something im not, it made me think and after my dressing down by Bob i dont think i will mention it again ever to anyone , your thoughts please would be appreciated, Thanks P
Chesh - A good 60% of my monthly pension contribution is going into Sirius. And will do until the sp reaches 1. Seems to be smoothing out peaks and troughs for me nicely. I will need to start thinking about my bandit costume for 2021 soon though
I'm still here, and chest out shoulders back probs the biggest ramper on here :) although if anyone else wants to step up.......! My subs went in yesterday just shy of 35p and like DGR has just beaten me to,I will make out like a bandit ? All the best (ooh-er! I say.....!) or hold for divs.........
Having lost 14K shares panic selling @26.5p and panic buying back in @28.5p during the early April drop it was nice to do things correctly (with much less the panic) and claw back a few thousand today.... The smug feeling lasted about 15 seconds 'till I remember Aprils fiasco and am now back to wanting to punch myself in the head!
The lucky ones have been buying and holding, and will make out like bandits when the mine is up and running
yesterday was the peak the lucky ones and more cashed in
We are one year into a four year mine build, there is still a long way to go. There has been no official news about stage 2 finance yet. There are new potash mines being built worldwide, with output set to rise to 45+ million tonnes by 2021, increasing competition for our new not yet proven on a commercial scale product. We still have a long way to go and although I believe totally in our Bod do not underestimate the challenge’s they still have to face
already taken advantage at 32.44 and ready to take more with any further decline - punters on margin being caught out on stops - what a laugh
Perfect opportunity for us longs to top up : )
Very astute for your 3rd post there Vin
..a well overdue breather. Keep holding!
Oh no! Its the first red day in 2 1/2 weeks. Must be ramping day traders. It couldn't possibly be consolidation after 11 straight blues could it
Looks like they have all ramped and bailed.
