A few hints on up-coming news-flow https://audioboom.com/posts/6135296-829-hummingbird-resources-hum-berkeley-energia-bky-stratex-international-sti-and-malcy-on-pvr-pmo-panr-savp-fog
I haven't looked at this in depth for quite a while. Once I look through the annual reports I will do some number crunching and comparisons to other companies.
The Maths are unfavourable to Stratex and favourable to Crusader. As to 'the bottom' past history reveals many Stratex bottoms does it not ?
Thank you Glib, so whee do you think the bottom is ?
My understanding is that Crusader shareholders would convert at 1.56p I guess the market doesn't rate the proposed new company at the same level. They are valuing our SP to what they think the new market capitalisation is estimated to be once all the shares are issued.
Can someone please tell me what is happening to Stratex shares., has it got to go down to a certain level to accommodate Crusader shareholders.
Well what an easy ride he got .. no question as to why share price is down 70% since he joined. No indication of any hope of any cash flow at all for 3 years plus. Our only chance of cash flow was sold!! He does not look a driven man .. bursting out of his shirt this is the man heading up our company. Just who have the BOD recruited?.. Every thing is exciting and everything is years away.. oh dear oh dear If i'd seen the interview before I topped up I might have put my money somewhere else! They are keeping all the Australian management adding that to the stratex managment costs .. but they have no income to pay for it. so we can only sell more assets... or another placing .. but would anyone take it up ??
Come on everybody be positive,I have a feeling he is on the right track.with the share price where it is, it has to be a strong buy .
All our investments valued at £0 Market cap £2million less than our cash levels. Ouch Ouch Ouch And this is before the Crusader holders start un loading .. we are now 33% below the proposed share price the deal is based on .. does this dilute us even more??? .. This looks like a totally mad deal now. What the heck is going on??? .. Board of Directors .. tell the Stratex shareholders something or we will have to vote against this deal as a " IT SEEMS LIKE turkeys voting for christmas
Any idea when this deal will be finalised.
I guess it comes down to the difference between value and worth. Is a company with those assets but no cash worth more than the combination of those assets and our cash? If that company would be valued at more than the SP we are offering +£6m then we are getting a decent deal.
The Maths of the 'reverse takeover' favourable to Crusader and disadvantageous to Stratex shareholders ?
I'm guessing it is a mix of not liking the reverse takeover or the time it is taking and some lacking confidence in the BOD. We are slightly in limbo until a decision is made.
Can someone tell me what on earth is going on with Stratex, why is the share dropping like a stone.
Kulabkhan - agreed and STI carries more risk than most. If you're invested here look at why you invested. This stock carries big reward potential with big risk, which is why I wont go big here, but will add little by little as news develops.
Some shares have more risk than others.
I can see why you guys are frustrated here and quite understandable, but there's potential here although it's a risky share (but doesn't every share carry a risk). I've bought in here today with a small initial investment and will be very happy to add in the future. I never ramp or deramp but just say things as I see them. I guess there's guys here who are quite a bit down here but i'd just say continue to look at why you invested in the first place. I did that in AST, HNR, URU, all of which are down, but i'm staying out there because I still believe in the companies. The same is true here - there's arguable been no bad news.
Since our BOD appointed our new MD the share price has almost halved. Our major asset has been sold at a knock down price and now a reverse takeover. No Director buying shows no confidence.. we have cash at present which will all go on admin.. Maybe better to sell all the assets and pay out the proceeds to shareholders and put us all out of our misery! Maybe we should convene a special GM for the Bioard to explain just what is going on. Only 5% of the voting shares required to call a meeting
This board seems has gone quiet, no rampers, no derampers - no food for thought !
There is likely to be a collapse in the SP - Many of Crusaders shareholders who invested over the past 2 years will be in heavy profit so I can see a big sell off post merger
Could this be another SOLG based on crusader aquisition
Really annoying. I don't think there was a time limit on this, but almost a month and no news. How long does it take to spend £6M?
Real nice intersections from Pandora today. Good stuff!
