Useful content? Well, in your case, as a self-professed very recent investor here, it was clearly useful only in so far that it put you off buying.
I agree with you vidaloca, Arminius has posted a lot of very useful content over the years, both here and BMN where I was previously invested. This RTO is going to be very very interesting, I just hope it doesn't turn into a long slog like those at WRN! Anyway I'm super excited ;-)
I agree Ollie - we'd all like to know the details of Arminius's trading history and current holding position. Given as you say he was the self-promoted Mr Stratmin himself, bludgeoning posters with his [how can I put this?] unusually high amount of broken-record daily ramping posts and these over the course of a good 18 months and more, I think he does indeed owe us a more transparent account of his holdings here. But all we got from him about a month ago was a very belated almost casually made comment in passing, namely that "Hummingbird is my main holding now," clearly indicating that he'd sold off the vast part of his 4 million shares, and thus contributing in no small part to the decrease in the SP [whilst continuing to ramp it of course, until he'd reduced enough for him to think he didn't need to bother any more.....which is clearly due to the absence of his posts the case now. PS I noticed the last time I looked that he doesn't post on his HUM share, probably too embarrassed to do so given his reputation here. g
He has bought into a company he believes in and has shared that belief on a public bulletin board, he is a private investor that has put his money where his mouth is, he is genuine. I don't know how many shares ollie holds and neither do I care, that's his business as Arminus's holdings are his.
Oh righty! I am curious about Arminius's holding because we all know how he has been the resident ramper lol :-) No offence matey
My answer was directed at ollie by the way.
Only want to know so I have an idea of how much leverage we will have post acquisition.
Why would you want to know that?
I think the one man we'd all like to know what holding he has (or had!) is Mr Stratmin himself...'the Multi-bagger" "the multi poster", the "better top up now, won't be around these levels for long"... the one and only (although he has gone a little quiet of late).... Arminius!!!
Doubt it will help, mate. I reckon 2% of holders visit this BB
I would appreciate if all could contribute and let us know your current holding, no matter how big or small so we can have an idea about how much leverage we have in STGR at present. Thank you in advance.
Well he is already currently company secretary, but I'm pretty sure has taken up this role to get more involved in the process, as I do feel there will be a fundraise to bolster our position prior to the RTO. This fundraising is likely to be at a premium to the current share price (1-1.25p) as the tranche 1 payments for signature will be £5.5m at 2p, so I can't imagine the fundraising being at a significant discount to this price as it will surely disgruntle the current signature shareholders.
Get the Aussies on board, change the name, forget about the graphite and let's find some gold.
If they are bringing someone of this calibre into the company then they must be very confident about the acquisition.
According to the RNS dated 2nd February, they have 30 days to complete the due diligence. So we should hear how that has gone sometime during the first week of March.
Thanks. That was exactly my thinking; I know these things take time
The last contact I had with Brett he told me that they plan to get back to market asap but there is a lot of process work to do. So no timeline, but that doesn't stop investors dropping him a quick line for an update on progress, I personally would give the guy a respectable amount of time to sort it before doing so.
au contraire, quindell. I've emailed him so much I feel another one will annoy him
Bit lazy of you monkey, why not drop him a call/email
Anyone heard from Brett regarding time frames?
StratMin engaged independent experts to produce a Competent Persons Report on Signature’s Australian portfolio, including a summary valuation. This report was completed in December 2016 and valued the Signature portfolio at AUD21m (approximately GBP12.75m).
Tell that to Solg and many many others.....
Needs to be a producer to make money.
All reconvene in a couple of months then? Haha
