i have great confidence in Brett!
They obv aren't valuing it on past of company - its a fresh start with new assets in safe jurisdiction's, not like Tanzania with the recent news very likely to destroy a lot of AIM companies! I'm happy we are in Australia mainly and obv have the Kasperske Hory which is a beast, but these huge Australian deposits will be company changing that's for sure! I can smell the money.... Next SOLG I keep saying it
If things sound to good to be true' they probably are. I hope not, but this sounds very good.
£5m raised from a big ii at 2.4p!! Expect a mahooosive rerate once we list back on AIM..... Will be the next solg!
Thanks mate - its weird because the website link isn't opening at all for me but the image you sent is perfect thanks
https://prnt.sc/fos5jp if that doesn't work its the scheme booklet on the signature gold homepage.
That link isn't working, nor is the link from the website directly. Can you post a screenshot of it if possible via a picture hosting website?
they have updated the time scales within the following document, page 8. http://www.signaturegold.com.au/irm/company/showpage.aspx?CategoryId=190&CPID=1221&InstanceVersionNumber=0
Looks like we are well behind the schedule! The first court date was meant to be 17th April and was only done today on 21st June! Over 2 month delay - not very happy. Also the second court date was meant to be on 29th May - if monkey is right then it has been delayed until 24th July..... I don't like delays, that would mean implementation would be around 10th August! On the bright side im optimistic on an August re- listing with several multi million ounce tarheg projects and the 1.5m jorc Kasperske (priced at a real steal might I mention once all option payments are made) this could very well be the next SOLG!
Thirsty work tennis - this shares been suspended since Feb I think and remains so. We'd all love for it to come back with 125% uplift but that will depend on sentiment when it finally returns.
Ok sorry google misled me but there does appear to be trades on lse for this share. how long was the suspension and what was the profit/loss for a typical holder?
Hi I'm investigating RTOs to assess prospects of INFT. Am i right in understanding that this share has been in suspension since 2016? And that you are looking at +125% growth from the share price the week of suspension ?
Looks as though we're moving forward - good news
Mark The Signature Scheme was put to the Australian court this morning and I am awaiting written confirmation but have verbal that the Judgement was an approval of the scheme. There is a second court date set for 24 July, which is the closing approval and as a pre-requisite, StratMin needs to have completed the presentation of the Admission Document and general meeting to approve the transaction, so we are finally in the home straight. Regards Brett
I agree, it would be nice to get one. Score them some brownie points too
You're quite right there, but I still would have expected an updated. Maybe we will get a Monday morning one then:-)
They specified this: 'The parties acknowledge that the above indicative timetable has been prepared on the basis of their best estimate of the timing of key events for the Scheme and that certain events may be delayed for reasons outside of the control of the parties' I would think they are not obliged to update the market given this disclaimer
Looks like my assumption was wrong.... this week was meant to be where the last event in the timetable was due to be complete - surely if the timetable is to be extended beyond this date we are due an update from the company?
Fingers crossed. It will be nice to have a liquid asset here...
Ha ha spooky .... I just popped by ... now I'm back on land Good luck to you .... squeaky bot time coming over there... all depends on the flow ... Rodders Here? Ipt looks like the old Switcheroo is nearing a close Funny how the Happy Clappers have all but disappeared Maybe they are at a concert or maybe they are at a party or maybe as some suspected they have been at both I guess we'll never know :-O
