Yes if they are spending “x” amount on buy backs they will get more shares to then remove from the market so in theory the price should go up.
I think we were expecting to beat expectations and the markets obviously picked up on the slower growth on the Global solutions. At least it recovered slightly from today’s low point. Fingers crossed we start to build over the coming weeks
Either way it’s been a pretty disastrous results day! Compared to other defence sector stocks this has done nothing of late. The market clearly didn’t like the results release
Hi, not sure if this is completely dead this thread? I too was an STGR holder and have paper shares in my cupboard. Did anyone find out how you can convert your STGR shares into Techtonic or have I missed a deadline? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. I used to hold them with First Direct but they wouldn’t hold them after they delisted from aim.
Many thanks for the reply. Do you know how I convert these or will
I get issued with the new shares? Also, do you know what market Tectonic are listed on? Many thanks
Hello, sorry if this has been covered. I had an email today from Tectonic Gold (who is not heard of about voting at the AGM). From googling them I see they are linked to the de-listed STGR. I hold the paper shares for STGR after First Direct sent them to me following the delisting. I’d be very grateful if someone could tell me what I am entitled to and how or if I can switch these to Tectonic Gold?
He vanished without trace on here after posting 20 times + a day? Has he got any knowledge on what's happening? First Direct wrote to me saying I can't hold the shares in my portfolio anymore as they've delisted. They have talked about sending me the share certificates. If they re-list (fat chance) what do I do with my certificates?
I think the one man we'd all like to know what holding he has (or had!) is Mr Stratmin himself...'the Multi-bagger" "the multi poster", the "better top up now, won't be around these levels for long"... the one and only (although he has gone a little quiet of late).... Arminius!!!
Well said Greenhills! I've lost a load of cash here as well and it's clearly an absolute dog of a share. Arminius has no credibility after is incessant almost perverse ramping of this share. If he actually believes the stuff he has posted over the years and has the holding that he intimated then I do feel sorry for him as he is going to be tens of thousands of pounds down. However I actually think he's the worst type of ramper and has probably done alright out of this.
I got into this at 10p hoping for 20p plus and have kept faith along with Arminius as he certainly seems to know the share. Unfortunately I've lost nearly 90% of my investment. Was that all down to the Bass transaction or is it mainly due to derampers on this bulletin board that has destroyed the share? Do we see a recovery happening soon? Like Arminius has said surely it's only a matter of time before we catch up with our peers? I personally think one of the main causes for the huge drop was Greenhills negative posts on here.
Well said Greenhills! Although I don't think you hold here and are deramping to gain a position!.. In fact it was probably your deramping that has caused us to go from 10p to 1.5p! If it wasn't for you and your unwanted comments on here then we'd all be able to say how wonderful our investment was, predict prices of 20p+ next year (once STGR has caught up with its peers) and Arminius' hourly postings would have himself propelled this well into double figures!! So please refrain from posting anything but positive on here! After all, we've had a lot to be happy about so can't see why you'd be negative?
Fair enough then. What's your average and current holding like here? What do you think the cause of the one way slide in the share price is down to? When as you say everything is positive?
Auto correct - rankings = rampings
I've been here since 10p and ever since then he has been on his daily almost perverse rankings. Posting his peer imbalance rubbish. Id love to know what targets he has for this but will never answer the question. He is like a politician and won't reveal his stance. At 10p he was ramping it saying it would be 15-20p. Well here we are at just over a penny and I'd love to know where he thinks this is going now? Can we still expect 15p?? I've come the the conclusion his incessant rankings can only be down to a few things... A) He is mentally ill B) He works for Stratmin and is here to drum up support. Or C) If all his buys are true he is thousands upon thousands of pounds down, his wife doesn't know he's blown the life savings and he is blindly ramping it in order to get some money back. Right, now I've spoken out against the messiah I'll await the barrage of comments like: "You're not really a holder and your de-ramping in order to buy" (yawn!) "If you are a holder why don't you sell and move on" "By sl*gging it off you are only damaging your investment". Well in reply to the last two I've pretty much lost the lot anyway so what's the point of selling a couple of hundred quids worth.
Anyone read this? I noticed they say the share price 12 month high was 70.0p?! When exactly did that happen?
As they had so many shares issue. They'll need to do more placements to raise funds which will lead to further dilution. How can you dilute an almost worthless share? Now they've consolidated they'll be able to start the dilution process again! The company is terrible like most of the others on aim! The sooner it goes bust the better!... Won't be long now either. Who in their right mind would invest? The company have proven track record of failure!
