Thank You Dubliner I think that is an excellent post, and to my mind covers everything we know.
You have certainly done your research.
Evading the question. What's is Cummings you're brother.
Answers please, a so called accountant. Lol. Lol lol lol lol
Jj, what do you know about bay project years ago. You only started posting you're drivel recently.
No probs PJ, your reply to Dubliner's excellent post prompted me to remember that section from the last RNS as the thought crossed my mind at the time while reading it :-)
PJ, perhaps he is thinking of proving up a license with some positive drilling results and selling on in order to finance the CS Project.......
Statement from Half-year report 29 May :-
In the 12 months leading up to the date of this report the US dollar gold price has seen a 29% increase. In the coming weeks we will look at the best way for shareholders to benefit from this. We already hold a portfolio of highly prospective gold and silver projects which, we believe, have been overlooked by the market and we will consider some limited drill testing of selected projects in order to unlock the value they represent for the Company and its shareholders.
Our commitment to bringing the CS Project into profitable production remains our priority and this will be the focus of our efforts over the coming months.
I posted similar to below in August 2019, added two items suggested by SGD27, and tweaked to reflect current status. Hopefully this will please Min!
1. Low MCAP (£4M) hence plenty of SP upside.
2. Experienced Management based in UK with ‘skin in the game’. Patrick Cheetham the executive chairman has around 229M shares - that is around 7% of the Company.
3. Low overheads; shares an office/expenses with Tertiary Minerals.
4. Negligible outstanding warrants.
5. No outstanding debt / loans.
6. Project located in Nevada one of the safest /easiest locations for this kind of Business and typically in top 5 of the best mining jurisdictions in the world.
7. Very close to completion of Permit/s approval – EA currently out for public comment per NEPA process & decision due soon. Management confident we will receive approval.
8. Ability to get into Production quickly, at low Capital cost with a staged approach to minimize reclamation bond payments and allowing initial (very large) bulk sample phase intended to trigger off takes.
9. Two separate Industrial minerals (Pozzolan and Perlite) producible from the same pit. Both products have increasing demand and have been tested in laboratory and on a Commercial basis. Pozz achieved the required certifications and deemed equivalent to the best HQNP (High Quality Natural Pozzolan) on the market and have green credentials due to CO2 reductions through replacement of 25% of Portland cement in concrete mixes.
10. The EA has a mine plan covering 3 phases and 27 years with expectation this can be extended due to large zone (North East) that only had one drill with product found to depth.
11. 2 MOUs in place for Perlite and several very large Cement Companies have tested our Pozz and proven it meets all their requirements.
12. Forecast initial and future Production numbers that would, if realised, generate significant revenue and profit.
13. Very simple, open cast, dry mining allowing mining in batches and on a contract basis. Some Pozzolan Customers expected to simply take ‘run of mine’ ore – dig and sell so no processing.
14. Possibility of adding value in by investing in processing/s plant to create wider range of products. We have an option on a processing facility (Millers) which is located close to the CS Mine. For Perlite there is also possibility in the future of moving downstream and having our owning expansion facility. Expanded Perlite has much higher value.
15. Price of oil currently low reducing costs for delivery of our product.
16. Income earned in US dollars; currently strong versus sterling.
17. We have a portfolio of drill ready Precious Metal prospects.
18. We have a small share holding in VR Resources (VRR – TSX listed) and a NSR.
19. We had around £350K cash on hand as at end March 2020
