Bravo did say October with a following wind, clearly no following wind, any idea when it will be from now Bravo?
I guess it's not going to be October then...
Remember this has taken two and a half years, it has taken some staying power to stick with the company all that time. I’m hopeful that the wait is worth while, the paperwork was always going to take time. What the company is doing is ground breaking, we will be the first to list in this space, quite an achievement for Andy and the team
October is achievable with a following wind. GLA
Bravo, appreciate your updates, I take it they have had trouble with the regulators then? Do you think October is realistic or could it slip further?
AJ October
AJ I thought mid to early September, very quiet at the moment so possibly later. I don’t think it has been as easy as they thought.
Bravo, any inkling on a re-list date?
Well done AJ, I first bought nearly two years ago, then topped up when it was announced that the target was a cannabis company. I stayed just under 3% which was probably a mistake, will be topping up. I tipped a friend who has promised me a drink if it goes well, it’s going to cost him a fortune!!
I do bravo, since early this year, I assume you do too, we should do well out of the re-list.
AJ I think you are correct 20 million would be about right. Where it goes from there depends on how sales go, which should kick off shortly. After that it’s anyone’s guess. I tend to think it will be a very popular stock which should put the price up. Do you currently hold SOP?
Bravo, even with Kanabo’s current business size we must be looking at a MCAP of around 15-20 million wouldn’t you think?
They are hoping early in September, here is a link to the latest interview with Kanabo

Go on youtube, you will find a number of interviews with Kanabo Research and Spinnaker Opportunities.
As to price, not a clue. It really depends on what publicity they get. Good luck
When do we anticipate a return to market? Any news on how the takeover is progressing?
What do we think the SP will do upon re-entry?

The link provided is not the source as it was a Guardian article. Suspect the £30m figure was plucked from Spinnaker's prospectus where they said they're looking at companies valued between 5-30m.
Understood but I would have thought they would want to raise more than £4m to £5m can't see that lasting long.
If it is valued at 30 million on relist (I do think that is optimistic) existing SOP holders will loving it!
Value the company at 30 million, not raise 30 million, revenues are close if not already there why would they need anymore than 5million?
Stock market listing guidance was 30m, ie total mcap once listed, not amount of cash raised.
A previous article had suggested raising around £30m.
"...It has announced plans to buy Kanabo, a research company focused on cannabis oil, medically approved vaporisers and cannabis cultivation, with a view to a stock market listing likely to value the company at up to £30m."

Kanabo chief in video interview mentions September as possible listing date.
Very surprised to hear him say they are only raising £4-£5m had expected something in double figure millions at least. Sounds like the appetite from the institutions wasn't there?

I would have preferred the word confident over hopeful.
