Odd turn of phrase in today's RNS: "Whilst there can be no assurance that the proposed acquisition of Kanabo can be concluded, we are hopeful that it will work out".
but it hasn't really done the sp any favours yet, aside from a little spike when the doobie news was released...
Sometime in May
what date is SOP coming back potentially?
once SOP came back from suspension, it will be two companies in cannabis space within UK main listed. HNR and this/
HNR will start generating revenue this summer. when SOP will be?

"Kanabo's founder Avihu Tamir told The Mail on Sunday he turned down 'two decent offers' to float in Israel in favour of a London listing through a reverse takeover by Spinnaker Opportunities"
god knows. who knows. as long as investors rush for it we will be okay
I think 2 bags is very conservative, what’s Kanabo worth as a company 15-20 million? SOP was trading at shell value only before suspension with very little shares on issue.
Just been watching Emergency Questions on Parliament Channel about cannabis, there appears to be huge pressure to legalise and get the structures in place for it to be prescribed. Draft are you suggesting it will double from its pre-suspension price or from its unsuspended price?
hopefully.
If the sentiment towards medical cannabis is good in the market on re-list date I think this will do extremely well, because the kanabo business is excellent.
Well done, I bought after the ipo then topped up after the cannabis announcement. I have to admit at times it was hard to keep faith but now glad I did. GLA
I am indeed, bought in early February.
Target date is May, but these things can slip. Are you a holder?
Exciting times Bravo, any thoughts on when SOP is likely to re-list?
The rto will happen.the opening price will be much higher. The problem for new investors trying to get in is that SOP investors will hang on to their shares as they can see the potential, as will the Kanabo team. Going to be interesting GLA
If kanaboo does get reversed into SOP this is going to fly!
kannobo success

UK’s first medical cannabis clinic opens in Greater Manchester, The UK’s first specialist medical cannabis clinic has opened in Greater Manchester.
It follows the government announcement that specialist doctors could prescribe cannabis products to patients for medicinal use from November.
The decisions by medics need to be made on a case-by-case basis and only when the patient has an unmet special clinical need that cannot be met by licensed products.
The clinical director at The Beeches private health centre, next to the Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle, is Professor Mike Barnes, who helped secure the first medicinal cannabis licence for young epilepsy sufferer Alfie Dingley.
Prof Barnes said: “Patients suffering from chronic pain and other serious “This clinic will represent a lifeline to those who have found other treatments ineffective. This also brings the UK into line with other countries when it comes to pain management.
“The hope is that over time patients all around the country and not just in Manchester will have access to the relief that they need.”
The press coverage has already started.

The cannabis angle might extend it a little, three months is a fair guide. I think it will be an exciting ride, the press coverage should start soon. Are you an investor?
Thanks.
