Orthencopper who's suspended?
Well remembered Fort and no arguments from me concerning leveraged investors.
If anything my reliance on Bob Sangha has now grown exponentially.
Funny how the pendulum swings.
Not really relevant to SOLG as we've just cleared both FSA and TSX in governance terms not to mention a forensic accounts session pre merger.
Wasn't Bozi heavily invested in ALL?? And a few other SOLG past holders or slimmed down holders? Looks like a nasty short attack on that stock for sure.
Whether allegations true or not on ALL, irreparable damage occurs when over leveraged holders get squeezed out.
their 12 month graph now looks as bad as ours
this is going to be interesting.... shares suspended on AIM pending an announcement
I suppose my buys were false then Rich? Didn't hear you cimplain then.
Why do you keep asking me questions?
Ray, why do you believe that many people take anything you post as true?
ToS, if you have a dig around you'll find the relevant reg. Purchases/sales have to be reported even if the percentage holding remains unchanged.
Thanks Dinner, but these links are to the regulations I was already aware of. If a major holder purchases or sells shares, without crossing a threshold, no disclosure is necessary. That’s how I read those regs anyway. Happy to be corrected.
Keeping my full holding but i think the sp will fall back below 16p so waiting to top up.

So many ellipses in Red's ramps. Like he wants us to feel like we're joining the dots and arriving at his perma-positive conclusion.
His copy paste from the Maxit website shows impressive (though simplistic) commitment to the ramping. He's earned his wage today, good boy.
No Chinese miner nor investment company is going to be inspired to bid for solg by what's happened at Continental, Fort. Quite the opposite.
Nice try, though.
Hi Addicknt it was my understanding that a TR1 was only required when a threshold was crossed. Can you point me to any link or guide that says otherwise? I’m not saying you’re wrong, I’m just trying to learn. Thanks.
ToS, an entity which has a disclosable stake has to announce any purchase or sales regardless of percentage. So the buying in the market suggestion doesn't work. And I can't see NCM buying at the moment.
I haven't been paying that much attention to this, but am I right in thinking we're missing NCM, Norges and BR (they may now be below the threshold)
Could simply be that they didn’t breach a threshold, or they bought in the market to avoid dilution, and still hold the same perrcentage so no TR1 required.
Precisely the point, Rich.
I’ve always taken it as read that TR1 releases are subject to rules? It’s not for the company to decide if/when to disclose?
Maybe this is a reflection on the apparent lack of any meaningful regulation nowadays?
Did I say they were an insider Orthern...?
I think NCM are a bit busy fighting off the likes of Newmont to be worrying about TR1's but agree bit shoddy of them. Bit like Blackrock too... they couldn't be bothered updating when they went through 4%. Good companies normally update right way through to 3% level.
Grow up bubble.
Movement news leak??
Sorry red, but there really can never be any comparison to a property auction. Apples and Oranges
Anyone claiming to have insider contacts, that just happens to feed them information that confirms their clear ramping, needs to be laughed out of town..
