The same Reuters article ends with :
"Analysts at JP Morgan also echoed risks to the sector but said fresh policy support along with easing COVID-19 lockdowns in China would spur a rebound in the second half of 2022, and maintain their “neutral” view on Rio Tinto and BHP."
Reuters article today.
Australia's big three miners were on track to lose more than A$16 billion ($11.12 billion) in combined market value on Monday at current levels, as a commodities selloff over easing China demand and fears of a global recession deepened.
Rio Tinto's Australia-listed shares (RIO.AX) were set to shed nearly A$2 billion in value, BHP (BHP.AX) more than A$10 billion, and Fortescue Metals (FMG.AX) over A$4 billion.
Will be interesting to see if more large traded blocks appear after close. Literally million and millions are getting traded here but not in normal hours.
36p looks inevitable today. This stock is so strong now.
Agree Bubble. Hope you are keeping well mate.
Pad afternoon yes you are right there the ship is about to sail
Bid price now over 35p.
The huge buys over the last few days surely are positioning in anticipation of a bid?

"Hi again tinyray, what you say or do here has no bearing whatsoever on me and my investment ???
So knock yourself out !!!
Like you said "not real life" but defo rent free"
No need for the abuse then is there?
Their posts all vanished and then Massive Ray turns up.
Novice is the only one on this board who keeps being abusive to other posters.. ironically he has the least to add with anything constructive.
Reported again...

Will continue to report all of your abusive posts novice and will email Craig to monitor your constant abusive content.
Have a nice day.
It's a bb we're all harmless it's not real life little novice..
I think we've got to the point where as soon as Buddy posts we all report the post. The person is a vindictive troll who relishes in posting bullying rhetoric. No room for people like that, as for Happyharry, not sure...
ONWARDS & UPWARDS !!!
Why did that Happy and Buddy's posts all vanish? Is that normal lol
Both #harmless Fools Lolzzz
I fully intend to ignore both going forward. Very strange fellow indeed.
Look on the bright side Buddy once we hit 37p ( which we will this week at some point) you can sell up and get your initial investment back and leave this BB for good, unless you believe this is going much higher ? ; o ))
ONWARDS & UPWARDS
Pbow, I'm sure you've worked out that happyharry and buddy are the same person. You can tell by the illiterate nature of his posts. Best to ignore the poltroon.
Thank you for your frank admission Boris, it's nice to see some honesty and integrity on here.
All the best
Lorn Lucan
You are a strange fellow. I mean in 2008 when I opened this account I supposedly picked a name similar to some random chap on LinkedIn. So that in 2022 I could pretend I live in the UAE and worked in Costa Rica.... makes perfect sense to me.
I would suggest rather than going to the bottom of your garden you head to a doctor and ask them to assess whether you need treatment under the 1983 MHA.
I'm not really bothered who knows who I am. All I will be sharing on here are news articles that I find (in Spanish language sources) that I feel are relevant. I will post them regardless as to if they could be construed as positive or negative. As I say I have a few shares so obviously I hope the company does well. If it tanks it certainly won't be the end of the world for me.
I don't think I would have identified myself to some of the vipers on here.
Oh and if you would like to verify me feel free to put into Google "peter bowden parsons linkedin" I'll be the first result. You will see I currently work in UAE and previously worked in Puerto Limon Costa Rica. (In 3 weeks it will be updated again as my company is transferring me to Saudi). Of course I could have just created a LinkedIn page but getting 1600 connections would, I suggest, take some time. My user name here is Pbow I'm sure you can guess how that's linked to Peter Bowden.....
They have this wonderful thing called the Internet. If you go to Google and type Periodico Ecuador a number of Ecuadorian newspapers come up which you can then read. You can access the Internet in Wigan, Costa Rica, the UAE, Mexico and of course Ecuador. I'm not really sure why you think I would make up that I lived in Costa Rica - I mean if you ever visit Puerto Limon you will understand its not a place you would brag about living in. It's an awful, dangerous port city - though its admittedly nicer than Liverpool (not the one in England) which was about 15 mins down the road.
