Added a few more this morning BEFORE news on new project(s). Expecting sentiment to improve markedly in 2024 and coupled with positive newsflow here,it should see the share price head rapidly north!
I’m looking for a Xmas present from Shuka. Added more today at what is still a low price.
News on acquisition can’t be far away now.
14yrs of conveyer belt dilution, my original buy doesn't have the value of the dust off my shoes, so cynicism from long term holders is no surprise!
We have yet to see a change in this companies fortunes, all we have is gossip.
It would seem that we are putting our hopes on the new management.
I agree we deserve an update, but I don’t agree that money invested by QGC and GMI is just going on salaries for doing little. You can see what they have achieved with Marula to know that their investment will in due course lead to an uplift in the company’s value.
Frustrating I agree that nothing has yet been announced on acquisitions yet, but we know that that is their intention, and as is often the case, patience will lead to a profitable investment.
Same old nothing from the company.
It feels like "here we go again" at the moment. Money invested to change the focus of the company.... then.... nothing!. Money is spent on salaries for doing little and is soon all gone and back to being a mining company that can't mine to save its life.
We need some kind of update on progress.
LOL A little bit of patience required ! It’s only been about 12 years !!!
Hawaiifive0.....Couldnt agree more! Just a little patience needed, thats all.
Just one way all the time.
Have built a decent position here having followed the story since the new management team was parachuted in, convinced the company will deliver outstanding returns for investors, surely news imminent.
The next update could be transformational, a new near producing asset will be injected into SKA, regarding the existing Rukwa coal project if anyone can restore value to this project the new management team will, very experienced.
Those 25p management warrants expire end December, my bet is they will be exercised regardless.
The reason you can buy around 10p right now is this is under radar and most investors have no clue as to what is in the pipeline here.
DYOR etc
Apologies wrong Jason Brewer, will try to do better
Third that!.....Congratulations Misrant44 for writing perhaps the most vacuous, inaccurate couple of sentences that I have had the misfortune to read! In over 40 years of investing I have seldom, if ever, come across such a driven, ambitious, hard working individual as Jason Brewer. I have been in Marula since the 2.29p days last year and am equally excited by the prospects here. With Q van der Burgh and QGC behind them, its as near as you get to a guaranteed success. AIMHO.
Good luck all long term investors.
Second That
Forget the old company this is all new at the top and a lot of go getters in charge
Misrant44 you obviously haven’t been following Jason Brewer’s work as CEO at Marula. I suggest you do.
They couldn’t mine coal don’t hold much luck for precious metals. Have you seen Jason Brewers job record, looks unemployable to me.OIMO
The old company had license for other minerals in the area but they dumped them for Coal only maybe SKA can see other profitable mining operations that could improve the returns
Good to see SKA mentioned by Charles Archer as one of the best nano cap growth stock prospects for 2024.
What would you value the mine at? It's a money pit that makes no return at all.
Good to see some sensible buying today ahead of announcements of acquisitions. Buy low before news. Don’t know when we may hear but you can bet that they will add value to the company.
Would also like to know what is planned for Rukwa the existing coal resource which seems to have been mothballed perhaps. It would be good if they could sell it and add to the coffers towards funding the acquisitions.
As 10.10p was received for that large trade and a small number had been sold for 10p not far from the time that trade was recorded, I think it may have been a large buy which had been acquired bit by bit over the earlier part of the day.
Hmm big delayed dump from yesterday
It's not a leak when it is lots of small buys
Triple digit, as in 11.0p (joking!!)
I think it is more the realisation that this could become a valuable stock as we move forward.
And yes I am talking triple digit share price.
