Q&A session at AGM on the 17th and an update on the financial position and ongoing plans. imo
That's your opinion Cyan... My opinion has always been positive The company is now private ...imo Team Clem will do all they can to save this company and bring value back to shareholders. They will also be seeking redress for the various shocking acts of malpractice they are uncovering imo. They must be close to a complete picture of the finances and they are aiming to update everyone at the AGM imo. In the end the result will be a conflation of what they took on and how well they get on with it, imo they will do all they can to get this relisted at some point and return value to shreholders ... all imo. IMO they will do an Q&A at the AGM but wont be 'spilling many beans.' Much of what they will be doing will have a legal element and that will limit what they can say imo. This is why I have no worries moving forward. I do think Sefton will be reversed into something Even if not AEY ;)
Your interest in SER has not gone away. You still are a fractional holder Jas. The 'investment' in AEY does not encourage me to think the gang of 3 are going to pony up any of their money for SER. Its not impossible that they could surprise all by announcing SER is not salvageable and they have been 'forced' to wind up. The blame will be laid at previous managements door.
As we all are.
Hi jas. As a non shareholder I am not entitled to attend. I would be interested in anything said about future plans and the 'forensic audit'. About time they showed what they have. I am intrigued
Nah, I can't make it, but have already voted online through my nominee.
JAS - are you going? I can't get the time off work!
to the AGM are you attending Cyan ?
Cyan - I can't really comment to be honest! Just speculating - just don't know what's happening with ser at the moment. It's a waiting game.

Hi nipknot. I think that there's a good chance that the position in AEY is more about a 'smash & grab'. If they wound up AEY there appears to be a juicy load of cash to distribute for a fast profit. Well, that's what some have speculated. As for AEY taking over SER; why? SER has nothing of value for AEY, imo.
Jas - cheers for that info - Thank you.

Like most things - time will tell.
Jas - that's ser for you! One big guessing game - it would be great if something did happen though.
Perhaps SER is like the Mona Lisa, and changing underneath. The louvre aren't saying anything, which is also like SER ......
Hi nip, good to see you mate ...... it is very interesting indeed. :-)) But it's still a guessing game here.
Jas - wassatt, I don't know what to think but it's very interesting!!
Yeah I was just thinking that after I posted ....... so what does this mean FOR SER shareholders if AEY take over SER ?
Nope, but could be the other way around ......;-))
Is Ser going to take over AEY ? lol
Hmmm interesting I must say!
They are planning something and I bet it's got something to do with Antrim's $10m cash in the bank.
Can't see that happening though.
Ivor - interesting find!! It would be very welcome if that were the case?
