Kublaikan you are the one talking BS! Ask Turney what "proposition one" was and ask Raylene how much she spent on make overs and wining and dining herself and her pals all at the expense of all the real Sefton share holders .Its all coming out on Thursday it is absolutely sickening .Roll on Thursday
Unfortunately I am unable to attend on the 17th however if there is the opportunity to ask questions I would be grateful if someone could ask the following on my behalf: 1) how are SER going to be more transparent with what is spent and to who in the future? 2) what plans are there to relist the company in the future? 3) if SER does relist what assurances can shareholders have their existing shares will not be hugely diluted? 4) what charges are going to be bought against past illegitimate activity and who will be held accountable? 5) how are any future projects going to be funded? 6) what is the strategy of the company moving forward? Assets? From where? Funded how? Thanks Chris
Do I need to do anything before going to the AGM or just turn up? For example proof of shareholdings?
Merry Christmas to you too nip.... And may the odds be ever in the favor of us the genuine Serholders.
Lol I think your both great guys!! Kool - your well kool. JAS your cool too! Now, let's just kool it lol and see what occurs? Merry xmas to yourselves and everyone else on LSE.
Simon Templar Thu 20:59 Why has LSE deleted all posts made by simon templar/CJ/KK/CB and his many names? Why do you tell porkies ? I'm still waiting for your answer. http://www.lse.co.uk/member-info.asp?nick=SimonTemplar
I see Sesame Street have left the gates open again and the usual muppets have escaped to the local internet cafe to post rubbish.
Do something - yes, wind it up ?
http://www.lse.co.uk/member-info.asp?nick=SimonTemplar ----- done a member search, all ST posts are still here and have not been deleted. Simon TemplarThu 20:59 Why has LSE deleted all posts made by simon templar/CJ/KK/CB and his many names? ..... The question is "Kool why do you tell porky pies ?"
I thought you were playing hide and seek.....
have created a froum where people can ask questions of Clem if they cannot attend, but as usual, abuse is acceptable, a link is not lol!
Looks like his posts have been removed, so what's going on, first someone says he's gone, then he is still here, now he's gone again....? Anyone know what's happening?
All good Aston.
HELLO NIPKNOT, I HOPE ALL IS GOOD WITH YOU....Viva Dan
Aston & simon.
Yep, just checked too and they're definitely all still there to read I'm pleased to say. I enjoy hearing his opinions and there's nothing in his posts that LSE would have any reason to object to IMO.

I agree they will do something with SER. We should start to find out more if/when team Clem get their feet properly under the board room table after the AGM. My votes in favour of all resolutions are safely in via my broker and IMO I hope and expect all 4 resolutions to be passed with the support of major shareholders. After that the next few months should hopefully be interesting.
I read the below somewhere online, I forget where though, I thought it was quite interesting.... note: I have not checked any the facts re: What AEY directors get paid or what assets AEY have ..... maybe someone could check if they have time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lot of shareholders in AEY are peed off with directors. One on considerably more than half a million salary. They may be there to make a profit, but always something going on with these three. They will do something with SER, probably not with AEY but it's not out of the realms of possibility. Antrim have no real assets of interest, Sefton could be In position to get some then be sapped up. Just have to watch and see.
The AEY development is intriguing though - a company that is debt free with lots of cash in the bank. IMO this could possibly become relevant to the future of SER if Clem, Coil and Dan club together to increase their holding to 10%. That would be a very interesting TR-1 to see.
There will be a question and answer session at the AGM to be held on 17th December. Clem is looking to update investors on just what has been going on internally and set out his plans for the company moving forward imo. Also interesting to see Chris Oil, Dan and Clem taking a positon in AEY. Wonder if there is any connection with Sefton here. Not thinking AEY is relevant at this stage to Ser but you never know. Things can change so quick, one minute they are shareholders, next running the show lol! If THAT happens, then maybe it WILL become relevant imo. Chris Oil, Dan and Clem only have a 3% interest in AEY so not much of an influence imo. I do think Sefton will be reversed into something Even if not AEY ;) imo Speculating at this point serves no purpose though we just have to wait and see what is said at the AGM.... until then we might as well just shake a "magic 8 ball" and ask it questions. VIVA CLEM! !!
Whats occurring here, anything?
I've been hearing that calvin Klein has came out with a new aftershave - it's called "Obsession for Numpties" you should invest in some. imo
If anyone is unaware of the Sefton resources story,Here is a link to a good article from The Independent Newspaper. http://ind.pn/1M19Yp4
