Swifty, after seeking legal advise I can confirm it is fraud to not declare your name in a listed company especially when you are proactively trying to recruit investors... weather you choose to invest with a career criminal or not is not the question its that you should have the information to be able to make your own decision.

I think the odds of having any communication with the BOD are about zero let alone relisting! can see a couple of things happening 1) they say sorry we tried but blah blah blah we need to fold the company.... 2) As the people involved seem to have more front than Blackpool they will probably try their luck one last time and ask for some additional money from share holders! what we should all be asking for is how much money is left? WTF have you done since December how much have you paid yourselves for whatever it is you haven't done. best thing Sefton could do with its remaining funds is allow remaining shareholders to use it on a legal case against the criminals involved in delisting the company and fraudulently enticing investors to invest in the management and company on lies. in the words of Eminem.... yes as there has been no update on the sale of Kansas that supposedly closed on the 5th January I wonder if we will get the same lack of information regards current cash position and who and where monies have been spent since December 2015. as I recall transparency was something the "New" BOD were very vocal about back in 2015!! maybe they are just waiting to put the "cash call" in to remaining shareholders on an incredible deal that these very wealthy individuals think is so good they ask PI's for money instead of investing their own.... hummmmmm lets pause and think about that one.... who needs Firearms when you have Sefton resources!!

Ha ha true!! It's a wonder of the modern world! I seriously wish all invested the best for the future I know I for one hope Clem and new BOD can salvage whats left. However we aren't listed and if no one questions this new bod actions then we are all sheep!! Nothing I have asked is unreasonable from a business perspective and we have no SP so "negativeity" is irrelevant so why oh why can't we support yet ask for transparency from the new bod????

Jas if I'm 12 months we halve taken anything back from our investment I will say I misjudged certain people in loved and apologies. However if in 12 months the money has gone and "sorry we couldn't save it" comes out where do u think the money will have gone? Also as we aren't listed so have no SP how could any comments on here effect the performance of Sefton?

SS BMD has an unspent conviction that means his crimes were so severe they wil always stay with him! That is the law not my opinion! Now that said although I think only a piece of scum would put a gun to someone let's all move on and say he has changed.... However I have legal representation that are quite convicted his actions regarding Sefton are legaly questionable at beat so as he is now clearly a major string puller with the new BOD I think all us real PI's of which I can assure u I am one should be conserened!! I may have lost all my investment but that does not mean I'll sit down and let any one take whats left without making my point.... sorry u don't agree with my perspective but each to their own

SS u know what that is the least of my issues with BMD my major issue is this he failed to declare legaly required information about himself in order to deceive new investors...

SS sorry u feel I speak rubbish but to clarify I do think their are some serious questions that Raylene needs to answer however the only evidence you have is from one side! Surely u realise u need to see as much of the evidence from all sides before throwing the rope over the tree??

Jas I have tried.... guess what no answer!! I'm not excusing her only saying we are being fed a very one sided view. I have a few facts that are indesputable regards the new "Team" / old Team 1) BMD took £50k sanctioned by Clem not the £1 he originally stated 2) BMD and Chris O manipulated the share price via social media thru lies and false statements to deceive investors to their own ends 3) BMD failed to give legally required information when he took position in order to deceive investors 4) assets and prospects were highly exaggerated by the now current board to manipulate the SP Personally this new team is here for one reason to reduce their own liability if any one thinks these people give any consideration to PI's please just do ur research on their past behaviour... I didn't attend the AGM as I had work commitments that I couldn't get out of however I would happily meet anyone with a vested interest In ser new team Clem BMD whoever as I have many questions so please personal message me I live In London and will look forward to some dialogue

JAS.. I have emailed some pertinent questions to Clem and have had no answers this in my opinion is the issue. Yes we clearly want to know what's been going on and there has been loads of statements from new bod with there perspective on things and from what has been made available it certainly seems that Raylene has some questions to answer that said there are always 2 sides to a story and I feel we are getting only one. Anyway this aside what is more important especially if sefton is to have a future is what is Clem going to do and how will it be funded these unfortunately are the questions that are being avoided

Kool yes many have lost lots of money me included and the criminality of how certain individuals have lied and manipulated Ser is disgusting and may way have legal ramifications in the future for some involved... that said I do not view myself or other people who are stuck in here as loosers and would suggest if we are to return to the playground and name calling then surely the real looses are people still commenting on here with no vested interest especially if they choose to use the forum to insult people who have clearly lost money.... my loss in ser wil not change my life too much and I'm sure once all avenues are closed both financially and legally I will move on and not give to much more of my time to this pig of a company...

KK you would hope so however indonesian assets were also mentioned which from all accounts were never close to being aquired unfortunately i feel anything that has been issued by both of the previous BODs should be given very little credibility. I do agree there is something very suspicious about the speed and time they are conducting the auction in, hardly giving the market a fair chance at considering it's true value or opertunity to conduct DD... As far as the 5 billion barrels of oil just more lies and bull shize from a certain individual I think...

KK I'm afraid we have no factual evidence of either of these offers and for all we know they may have been fictional or highly elaborated in order to string shareholders along... I see ur point re CO and to be honest I agree there are a group closely linked to the new BOD who are looking to minimise their losses in any way possible and certainly don't care about any other pi's involved however this approach may be more of a liability than its worth...

Jas I don't care that he didn't say merry Christmas to be fair it would be weird if he did in an organisational announcement like that... I was referring to how he states shareholders as an asset as the only asset shareholders are to a company in sefton position is to raise money ... which to me sounds like the basis of a request for funds
