Merry Christmas indeed!
Well thanks for the advice... However as I am still invested and there is still 300k in the pot I feel I am in a position to ask and voice my opinion.
Thanks for the info.... be interesting to see what happens to the remaining cash then.
Maybe Clem could confirm the position of our Tax losses if any as if these are none existent or have covenants surrounding them I really don't see what there is left to sefton asides from the 300k.
What PROCESS "SAFE GUARDS" Have been put in place to stop "consultancy fees" going to close friends etc
Buller I'm sure we will get the "sorry we tried but couldn't save sefton due to the damage done by previous BOD" in time but not before the remaining funds have been distributed to "consultants" we all know how much BMD's £1 fee equates to! U are spot on Sefton has nothing except for possibly carrying some tax losses however I read from a poster on here these were sold to hawker and any remaining would be US based so out side of minimal upside the only reason these guys have to cling onto sefton is to try and minamise their losses well 300k goes along way to minamising a 500 investment any one want to give me 60% for my holding?? Please private message me! ST I have spoke with u numerous times and you seem like a decent guy but your loyalty to certain individuals involved comes across as questionable. As I've said before if Clem has located this leaky pipe and is now mopping up the mess how is he going to fix the pipe from leaking in the future?? Seems very reasonable and based on what sefton share holders have been thru is a bit to much of a "leap of faith" to ask us to trust in his integrity or anyone else's for that matter!! Please tell us
ST I realise that it was only a discussion my point was in my opinion it is only a matter of time.... let's see how this plays out but I for one see as much corruption ahead of us as behind if I am proved wrong then I will be first to apologise but for all the accusations being thrown at the old board and shame on them if they are true I am confident members of this new team have broken laws regarding fraud and stock manipulation and that is not only my opinion but legal opinion.. My opinion and advice to all remaining share holders and I am one with 40k stuck in this pos! Be very cautious and please don't put any further money in until it is at least relsited with a defined business plan, income and strategy so u can make an informed decision.
Yes, I feel if a book on the life of Sefton is ever written the author will be George Orwell!
it was only a matter of time before the suggestion of shareholders putting more hard earned money into this trying to recoup losses.... and putting money in whilst the company isn't even listed! I prefer being taken out for dinner before I get ******... I'm sure as has been stated many times Clem CO and crew are very wealth men with loads of very wealthy contacts so answer this why oh why would they need to ask PI's for more cash????? I'm sure they could locate 1M between themselves in exchange for shares and take all the rewards from their loan once the company is thriving!!
My question to Clem: it is a digrace if what has been disclosed as money spent is correct so how are you going to ensure the same can't happen again? Consultancy fees money to "friends" for services etc... fix the problem not the past
Nip I couldn't agree more however if I have a pipe that leaks I don't just mop up the mess I also fix the leak! 275k left if they can get 200 back that's still a sizeable amount of cash if syphoned to certain individuals!
With all these huge amounts of money alegedly been syphoned out of the company what assurances and processes did Clem give and say the company would change to ensure the new BOD cant give "consultants" etc money that easily with no transparency again?
Any plan?
So what they going to do or is today just going to be about how bad it has been??
Unfortunately I am unable to attend on the 17th however if there is the opportunity to ask questions I would be grateful if someone could ask the following on my behalf: 1) how are SER going to be more transparent with what is spent and to who in the future? 2) what plans are there to relist the company in the future? 3) if SER does relist what assurances can shareholders have their existing shares will not be hugely diluted? 4) what charges are going to be bought against past illegitimate activity and who will be held accountable? 5) how are any future projects going to be funded? 6) what is the strategy of the company moving forward? Assets? From where? Funded how? Thanks Chris
Unfortunately I can't attend the AGM and doubt there wil be much of a Q&A session however if there is would love to have the answers to the following: 1) how are SER goin to be more transparent with what is spent and to who in the future? 2) what plans are there to relist the company in the future? 3) if SER does relist what assurances can shareholders have their existing shares will not be hugely diluted? 4) what charges are going to be bought against past iligitimate activity and who will be held accountable? 5) how are any future projects going to be funded? 6) what is the strategy of the company moving forward? Assets? From where? Funded how?
Pom as much as I fear new team are only here to flee the remaing money from the draws there is on asset that for the right company ser does have and that is huge tax losses...
The way I see it is the only hope we have left is if there is a company oil or not that could utalise the ser shell and it's tax losses... anything else why wouldn't u just set up a new Co without the shocking reputation and corruption... big problem is our only other real asset we lost when we delisted...
