All the institutional investment companies have held so they must be thinking there is money to be made surely ? Has anyone seen a major shareholder leave the party yet ?
If it goes to zero, will there be anything to transfer?
What is the very best case scenario for a re-float?
Seems a bit unfair that you have to remove it from your isa into normal trading account as if it is refloated later at a gain we will be all be charged tax on everything :-(
Are you selling out?
No one wants them even at 0.4p. Looks like holders are locked in.
@Narada
Any idea if you will be able to transfer your loss as well. I’m sure the share price will drop to nil upon delisting.
Not heard anything from freetrade (I know I know...make fun of the freetrade plebs)
A J Bell tell me that once it de lists I have 30 days to transfer it from my ISA to Dealing Account ; I have no choice according to them as it will automatically lose it's ISA status.
Should they be left in an ISA Acc or transferred to an investment Acc? What are the pros & cons of doing either.
Looks like it doesn’t like you posted links - if any long term holders want to join the telegram it’s called SENSYNEHEALTHPLC - it’s an open group. If you find another telegram link and just copy the start bit should let you join
Want to top up but barclays has no buy option just can sell my holdings but can't buy more
To be fair I am surprised people having not been topping up at these levels.
I’m hoping the buy gets to 0.05 or less so I can top up before the de-list
we are on the edge of a catastophic market crash
Are they having a laugh offering 0.6 to sell!!!
What's everyone's thoughts on this share as we are delisting on Friday? none of the big holders seem to have sold yet....
Totally agree Franalex. When in a hole stop digging. Yes at this price not worth the trouble selling.
Struggle to see why there would be a spike. I would have thought more likely to see people selling rather than being left with shares with no market place to sell, no dividends and very little information required to be produced for a private company. I am only hanging on because not worth selling at current price. Institutions may be forced sellers if they are not allowed to hold unquoted equities.
I know when i have had "my pants pulled down" another worthless Aim share. Accept i was foolish to gamble, paying almost nothing for absolutely nothing. Will put it down to experience and move on .
Will be looking to add either tomorrow or Friday as I see a spike in the SP before the 17th June.
Well planning to keep mine so buying more at under 1p. The lower it goes the more I buy if I can
Thank you for your thoughts. Any view on Martin Gouldstone's performance at SENS? I.E is he culpable for the demise (at all) or was his involvement more scientific expertise, rather than management behaviours / errors?
Things kind of started going down-hill towards end of last year.
They were fined for failing to disclose Drayson giving himself a bonus.

Then there was a 'substantial' debtor that they were chasing (still no outcome on that).
Then a bunch of contracts that were supposed to generate money, but didn't. They then started whining about running out of money and not being able to continue, this bled into the Spring.
Old CEO left, there was some hope and hype with new CEO, but it's now clear the de-listing could not be avoided.
What happens now is uncertain. Best case scenario for holders would be them re-listing in the US.
Hello,
Not an investor, but I recently came across the company's name in anothe forum and began to research it. I wonder if anyone on here would be kind enough to give a short history of the company and it's SP. I can see SENS was flying high a year or so ago at 155p a share, and seems to have plummeted off the edge of a cliff. Would be greatful for any background you could offer
Dont give up hope even if it means holding your shares in the ltd company for 10 years!
