Lordy!! I am guessing you want to see something like 3p then?
I’ve got 2.2m shares now cost of £47k
Mo11 out of interest what is your holding in ££s?
You brave man.
Final top up of 100k from me. vote is well on its way and should hear the outcome by Tomorrow. If one major shareholder votes to not delist, then unlikely to delist.
The funding was agreed pre- Alex snow so if he has managed to convince the shareholders the work he has been doing then they may choose to give him a chance.
Difficult to see a positive outcome. If it delists we will be left with shares with no market, potentially for many years, if vote is against delisting then high risk of administration and complete wipe out for shareholders. With current price so low just hanging on in case something I can not foresee happens but mentally have written off the value.
When is the vote? I can't remember. Any new thoughts on how it may go and the possible consequences of the decision?
Delist or not total wipeout is pretty much out the question with 75% headcount reduction and non core business operations up for sale. If it delist it will have £26m cash. If it doesn’t delist it will find another way to raise a similar amount of cash.
Delist = long term multiple rewards or total wipeout
No delist = short term multiple rewards or total wipeout
Mazik, so no to delist means what? We hope for a buy out ? We hope for further investment? ...
added a few more sub 1p. Got to love a high reward challenge. Even if it delists then its a wait game until nasdaq listing. A no delist vote and this will rocket? Does Alex have the answers?
Voting NO, so how do they get to 75%? and without the NHS there is a big hole.
In a letter to 13 NHS Trusts that together hold a 16.2% share in Sensyne Health, medConfidential advised that they take advantage of a termination clause in their agreements with Sensyne Health that allow them to cut ties in the event of a “change of ownership”. It also suggests they invoke the right to demand that any NHS data held by the company is destroyed or returned.
No for delisting for my 165k shares ,hope we recover the value on my ISA with Barclays
Sorry lads forgive my ignorance. Best case scenario if the vote to delist is a resounding no???
But you are right I am not in this to break even if it works out for us all we will be well rewarded.
Let’s put it this way if it breaks even from here the gamble has paid off!
We're not in it to break even, soldier, get it together!
Just need a 200% gain to break even!! :)
It’s not punt money either. Would be nice to see us finish in the Blue!
Some more large volume buys this afternoon
Don’t think directors will be able to force this through, near 17% holding by NHS alone, and they need 75% at least!
Yep games being played here. As I say if you believe hold tight otherwise MMs will flush you my raising/drop as they are loading up for next week!
Have a feeling these large round volume buys are Directors topping up before the vote
Looks like there is a background but order here which MMs are filling. Hold tight if you believe or they will have you!
Thanks for sharing.
Stock up on popcorn.
