Good spot.
This is why I firmly believe there are more twists to come. The Co cannot simply wipe out NHS value without some further corporate action and / or other consequences to follow.
The Concert party must have some game plan here to keep a good relationship with the NHS as per the remarks of Snow with focusing of business. Perhaps it’s all part of a negotiating gambit. We still await re-registration as a Ltd Co. All nicely stated in a RNS. Whilst actually there was no need to stipulate a re registration date. Simply last trading day and cancellation of AIM listing would have sufficed.

Spotlight on NHS losses. Should bring focus and scrutiny on doing right by the shareholders.
Quote:
An Oxford University Hospital spokesperson refused to say whether it had since sold the shares. In a statement, it said: "We are in regular contact with the new management of Sensyne and they have suggested a review of the current Strategic Research Agreement (SRA) later in the year. We will carefully consider these proposals when we receive them."
No.
We are unlisted and no market for public trading in the U.K. as the shareholder page on their website confirms. Whether they come back with a listing elsewhere is another story.
We were due to be re registered as a Ltd Co on or around the 4th, so far no news on this at Companies House website
Can we trade the shares once moved funds and shares account
For those interested. H&L have confirmed today that shares held in an ISA will be moved to a stocks and funds account on 18th July.
We are still a PLC of todays date.
No re registration notification at CH of change to a Ltd Company
That is an old/existing OTC market ticker - nothing new.
The subdivision of shares document said nothing new - it's just to confirm the split into ordinary and deferred shares.
List of stakeholders possibly old.
Don’t know what this is all about bd we seem to have a ticker on Nasdaq ? SSYNF ?

The sub division doc is now available at CH website.
List of major shareholders here, iG markets is a surprise … well to me anyway.

Will be interesting to see what the subdivision of shares ends up looking like. Are they intent on going all out, as per the RNS, or will they self-restrain. And what is the ultimate ambition? $1B valuation?
And also with news of Palantir seeking to dip its toes into NHS data, what does it mean for Sensyne going forward?

You are welcome.
I wouldn’t totally rule out a last minute offer but as Gatemore expressed concern that it could go too cheaply, the Concert Party probably see better value longer term.
Thanks for all your posts as well - I wasn't aware I could follow the goings on via Companies House as well - interesting stuff. Any movement and development is interesting, IMO.
Thanks for the clarification.
It doesn't look like there's anything we didn't already know, the links on the page point to Formal Sales Process Commencement Document dated Nov 2021:

Hoping the URL pastes correctly:

Was this page prepared and previously available then removed due termination of talks or is it actually awaiting the ok to be published. Just a thought. Now would be a great time if anyone is serious.
If you Google Sensyne Offer … you do get the first few lines.

The sub-division of shares document has also been lodged and will be available in 10 days according to CH website.
Notification of 6 resignations leaving 4 Officers, CEO, FO, Company Sec and Medical Representative. Dratails on Companies House Website.
Gatemore are still here. This was their position a year ago. It’s going to be quite interesting to see how they and the rest of the concert party achieve an exit strategy going forward. Very definitely NO everything is not lost, we just have to be patient.

If this was to re-list in the US. then presumably U.K. stock could be transferred into ADR’s via your broker and could be traded again in the U.S.
Watching out on Companies House website on or around the 4th July for re-registration from a PLC to Ltd. We are still a PLC at the moment.
I note they mention no trading facility in the U.K.
Could their intention be to return in the US at some stage.
This now available from the Co.

I would of thought recruiting people would never happen in a failing company. Glad i didnt bail out with a loss. Sometimes you just got to hold and hope and im glad my hopes have risen
There’s lots of hope…think of the strategic collaborations signed with several partners. Sens invested $10m in Phesi not long back, I feel like these collabs were underreported in the lead up to delisting.
It’s only the beginning!! There is lots of hope as a Ltd Co.
Unfortunately we will not get the news flow as a Ltd Co. But it doesn’t mean, nothing is happening.
