Sorry hit the post button by mistake. Why? I have been reading up on these a litlle and think things are now on the up for them they have some good info on their website.
Why?
I am sorry I have been so busy and need to go out, we are going away on Friday am for a few days and being the woman in the house everything falls on me. I will hopefully have a look later on and get back to you.
Always happy to have a look at an opportunity. Will get back to you.
I have two daughters one aged 32, she graduated some years ago as a Chemical Engineer and has her own consultancy, which is very successful. However, my younger daughter is a born artist, she did business studies to AS and has studied Art, English and Psychology at A level. Fortunately she has an unconditional offer to study for a 1 year Art foundation, before going to university. I can imagine my youngest daughter having a gallery with a flat above it in a rural town, I would imagine my husband and I will provide the necessary when the time comes and hope it is successful.
Off topic but I would like you to take a good look at SDIC! ;)
I have adopted the high risk high reward approach, I have been looking for sotcks that have been undervalued, I like to use the term "sleeping giants" I started off making a bit of money on PDG and TW, then had some CUS, JJB, and also RRR, recently I am looking at MWA,PMK and obviously PXS, every share I have benn in has been a winner but I took 10-20% rise in each one whereas if I had stayed in PDG it was a 20 bagger, JJB a 3 bagger, TW a 5 bagger etc.. I was gutted but it only reinforced my belief in my research abilities but highlighted my lack of patience.. Everytime I think about it makes me feel sick that I missed out on a profit of 25k. Ah A levels it was only 12 monthas ago I was shi**in myself over results but in the end I did really well.. Tell your daughter that the UCAS website lets you know at 6am in the morning whether you have been accpeted at your first choice or not.. it wont give results but settles your nerves if you know that you have been accepted by first choie, and good luck to her.
I am so sorry I must have missed your post. At the moment with having had two yours of hastle trying to get planning permission, I feel that I shall never need a builder. When I visit the cottage it makes me feel so sad, all I want to do is live there. It really is in such a wonderful spot. I wish you every success with the job in Spain, does that mean that you won't be posting any more, or will you just be posting from a warmer climate. This summer has to be the worst im my lifetime.
Sorry just noticed a few typing errors.
Sorry I missed your earlier post. Here are a few links for you, they are all free. With regard to buying a share I follow certain rulles. If I am buying FT shares I like a company that offeres dividents. Prefereably a Mid cap stock because they have a greater chance of moving upwards. I look for stock in a particular boom sector. Check for companies with new technology, check a companies order value and sometimes you will find companies with lots of land and property. This link will give you live prices for free as LSER is delayed by 15 minutes as you know http://www.investegate.co.uk/index.aspx?searchtype=3&words=pxs&Go= This link will take you to RNS's so you can see them being released, you can also enter the ticker code of a share and check out all of the recent RNS releases, this of course is an excellent way to find out about a company. http://www.investegate.co.uk/index.aspx?searchtype=3&words=pxs&Go= My youngest daughter has just finished A levels, I don't think she will get very much sleep tonight, being results day tomorrow.
Bshell for the information, I am not looking for tips or advice but rather reasons for people investing in a share so that I can then research that aspect and come to my own conclusion regrading its validity. Thanks for the offer of help and I will not hesitate to ask if I need help, good to know that you dont need this money but I have put all my savings into trading and have so far made enough to pay off my uni fees for all three years, I am looking forward to the look on parents face when i tell them that.. Good luck.
you never responded to my offer of helping you with your reno! sorry off to spain to renovate a house sure youll find a builder when plans are sorted
sold a chunk of Lloyds while i assume that will do nothing for a while now, big potential here in SDIG
This is certainly a nice quite board, hopefully it will stay this way. Have you bought in here too?
I feel that they both have a lot going for them. I certainly would not sell my PXS shares but likewise I don't feel at the moment I will be selling these. I do buy and sell my shares and take profits to put elsewhere but I think PXS still has a long, long way to go. I also like MONI and BSST and AST and other shares I have. I bought into VIY two days ago and although they fell yesterday I feel they have a future. If you are new to shares I can point you in the right direction to research but I don't want to post links etc., if you already know a lot about share dealing. I am an older lady who loves trading and making money. In my previous life I was a very successful business woman and this is now a hobby, I do not need the money I make so I can keep investing my profits, which of course is great fun. If I can help you in any way just ask but I would never want to give you advice because you need to research and buy into a share with your eyes wide open and accept that as well as making a lot of money you can also lose a lot.
was in this long time ago just sniffing ! what with pxs sey viy etc got enough to keep me busy gl
Hi there are you going to buy in. I did a lot of research on this one yesterday and felt it looked worth a small investment.
How would you rate the short term prospects of PXs compared with SDIG. Thank you fro your views.
wherever i go do i find you!!!! gl
Live price up 23.08%
i am relatively new to trading, I started in January of this year and frequently read iii,lse and advfn.. I rarely post on the boards, mostly because I go to University and am never home during trading hours and prefer to do my own research after hours, but now uni is over for the summer I am glued to the screen from 7:30 to 5 it is addictive lol...
I dont like to give my thoughts on target prices but I feel the company certainly has a good future. I notice you do not have many posts are you new to trading or have you only just joined LSE?
