You must know something not privy to the rest of us mrc, as I was aware Fitzpatrick left the board some time ago.
Fitzpatrick seems to be in the driving seat AA. TR and AR are his men.
With the departure of Doug I would have thought that Gneiss are further from pulling any strings since the tenure of this BOD.
6 months to a year i would expect around 3p
The market seems to think sp.
Pity it wasn't TR being shown the door.
Did DR go voluntarily or was he forced out by a major shareholder.
Him going will not make the slightest difference.
And as for making the conservation of cash as an excuse.
Seems that no investments are in the pipeline at the moment.
Ariel we are in agreement for once. Doug was another snout in the trough. He could have gone a long time ago IMHO. The BOD have waited until they had no option but to get rid.
Gneiss very much still pulling the strings here IMHO
You are talking nonsense. It never went to your stated price!
I personally see this as a positive, Doug Rycrofts connection with Gneiss clashed with Scirocco IMO.
Have to agree with you there.
Seems we have little cash left absolutely no investments forthcoming as any that were available have long gone.
The board’s strategy of busy doing nothing has not changed.
I see helium ventures has made a complete change in strategy.
Imo renewable energy is a waste of time and shareholders money.
Generated electricity is only worth about half they were getting a year ago.
Just a shame the board haven’t noticed this.
The last I will say on the subject unless asked to!
Spotlight on Tanzania
•Newly elected President welcomes foreign investment
•3rd largest gold producer in Africa
•Recent investment by majors totalling over $200M
•GDP from mining planned to reach 10% by 2025
•Official languages: English and Swahili
•Very safe. Very friendly. Rule of Law
•Solid infrastructure, power, skilled labour forces
You may read up on the work done over 20 years or more with the Tanzanian Gov. (if you wish)

Tanzania is the third largest gold producer on the African continent....big miners include Anglogold and Barrick!
He past away this year but I still invest in his now producing goldmine in Lk. Victoria Greenbelt.....albeit I'm 90% down on my investment all those years ago! It's not only AIM you see! Same with TSX! My memories of what he advised me on will still live on....regardless of what you think Jetla!
Unfortunately I don’t believe you, if a friend of mine was doing gold deals with governments I wouldn’t be posting on a poxy chat page. I think your talking utter crap mate.
You are somewhat over negative about Tanzania...I am invested in AIM goldies there and SHG is doing well. A fiend of minewho also started a gold exploration co. did a good deal with the Tanzanian Government. If they feel they are being treated fairly they will do their best...but when they ran out of cash there were and still are legacy VAT refund issues....but these are being addressed slowly!
I think most, if not all government, is corrupt, some to a lesser extent...depends on the individuals within and the pressure from the larger countries to tow the line and reward elite individuals with their wealthy resources.
Having said that I am totally in the dark about any previous issues herewith Tanz. having just joined the party yesterday.

These directors are paid handsomely to get the best possible deal for their hard working shareholders, and where do these turn too?? One of the most corrupt countries on this planet…Tanzania, East Africa 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m absolutely certain there are safer bets out there, too many bungs and brown envelopes flying out since the Ritson era, and now it’s crumbling ….into the Indian Ocean 🤣🤣🤣🤣 when the markets open in half a hour, it’ll be another bloodbath for us shareholders, thanks Scirocco!! Good work! Well done!! 👏 🤝
But that is not the fault of the current board, its the country we were dealing with, the cash asset alone should take us to 2p to 3p, of course that's no where near enough for the likes of myself to get our money back, but at least it would be a little compensation. Remember the Zubair's said openly, they were going to spend SOLO out and get the Rovuma for free, so we could have lost the lot.
Well that has to be one of the worst RNS I’ve read, like trying to put lipstick onto a pig. Directors now flying out the door with bags full of cash, and even thanking them for a job well done 🤣🤣🤣🤣 company is toast, and a pat on the back from the board, absolutely unbelievable. Good work if you can get it🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
And look where all that hard work has got us. Nowhere. We have pumped millions into our projects and got sweet fa in return.
Its got nothing to do with incompetence, its the fact that our main asset is in a backward and corrupt Tanzania, they are making the best of a bad job. Everyone said the same about Neil Ritson, but if its wasn't for him this would have gone bust, Tullow drilled a duster pulled out gave their share of the asset to us and Aminex for free and Neil said continue drilling deeper, we did and made the Rovuma discovery.
Here we go….had their snouts in the trough and it’s time to bail out, what a joke of an outfit. This company is dead, who’s next to scarper? Place ya bets!
This is just Standard AIM behaviour though is it not! Chancers everywhere
So basically he has taken the money and run having been a complete failure
I am the same London. I have been saying for a while that this has become a lottery ticket. You don't expect to win but the rewards could be great. Unfortunately, the company has been run by a bunch of incompetents.
£2.48m Market Cap yet we have £3M on the way very shortly followed by another £10m, we have other assets plus future ventures looming, as Warren Buffet says when the share price is below a companies asset value, share price will eventually follow, imo, if those who bought in yesterday hold tight they will at least 10 bag.
Cant wait until the last bit of investment here has corroded away.
For the few £ that left from my investment here, I cant even be asked to sell. Not worth my time anymore.
AIM is rotten
