Peeps loading up. 900000 and 800000 buy.
Absolutely, fearg. Letting them do what they said they would do this year. Sets the baseline at a much higher level for TO talks.
Management have a serious number of shares/share options. Think Tim and John would not want to sell the company for peanuts. I'm no expert on these matters but I would imagine that any offer would have to come with a recommendation from the board who may or may not be cognisant of the offer in advance. An initial offer, once publicised could lead, possibly, to counter offers from other pharma. Important to hold your nerve after any low ball offer.
Yep, i'm hoping for 5p + by the end of the year. COVID is where the curveball will come from.
thats my timeline view, end of this year for more material events.......
but at the same time im open to a buyout that can happen anytime.. so like ive said before, you have to be in it to win it!!
Think people are getting carried away again here. The SP could be 7p if not more with a milestone for 737 and our TWO TYK2 compounds licenced and in trials. IMO, Both are likely by the end of the year. COVID and the dark horse Aurora doesn't even factor into that. We need to chill out, set our expectations for the end of 2020 and let them get on with it. Expecting a buyout RNS every day will only **** you off when it doesn't come.
If the unnamed Chinese Pharma does fancy Aurora, they could well be looking at our tyk2`s and chk1. £500m would be chickenfeed for the lot to a well placed Pharma. Circa 15p ?
7p?
Sorry mate we would be a no from me... at that price its theft...
Definately a must to keep this in the portfolio, its matter of time this will command multiples of today's price
Also awaiting news from the agreement signed below in March:
Sareum Holdings plc (AIM: SAR), the specialist cancer drug discovery and development business, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement (the “Agreement”) with a China-based specialty pharmaceutical company (the “Licensee).
Under the terms of the Agreement, the Licensee has been granted an exclusive worldwide licence to develop, manufacture and commercialise certain small molecule inhibitors of FLT3+Aurora kinases including Sareum’s lead candidate SAR-20293 (together the “Compounds”), which has shown potential in preclinical models of acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and other leukaemias.
The Licensee is principally engaged in research and development, production and sales of innovative drugs, including oncology drugs, in China and is listed on the main market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Under the terms of the Agreement, the Licensee will fund all future development activities in relation to the Compounds and has been granted sole rights to market any resulting products worldwide.
I think most here would be happiest with a buyout and anything 7p + would most likely get voted through. Imo Sar are most vulnerable right now to a low ball $300m + takeover nearing the end of preclinical.

Hold onto those Golden Tickets Its Sar's time to shine
Sellers need to sell out. Rns due any day. Would have to pay over 1p once news drops.. DYOR
That's what I want. I'd like to see an RNS suspending the shares pending an offer to buy the Company lock stock & barrel. Nice and decisive with a fixed price per share. I don't want the hassle of deciding what to sell and when following bits of good news because I always get the timing wrong anyway! Fifty pence per share would do nicely then I can get rid of the few remaining AIM shares I have left and say good bye and good riddance to AIM for ever! Anyone else feel the same?
