Great find as usual thoth.....its just a bit gutting that we are now so far behind.
Psoriasis was i think the first thing that Sri highlighted as our tyk2 having huge potential for.......around 2014 i think.
I know testing and development take time and a deal at that time would have been rubbish but have the bod done enough to develop the potential even.
Everyone is shouting from the rooftops, our bod are hiding things from us....but we are down to a third of a penny so is the silence working or has been worth it.....im not so sure!
Thoth.
2.3 million patients is I think understating the extent of the problem. UK alone has about 1.3 million but notwithstanding
it is a dreadful affliction and if anywhere near a cure can be identified many people will be released from a life of purgatory.
I speak only as a very mild sufferer of some 40 years and based upon my own experience of it I can not begin to imagine what it is like for the real victims.
Thoth2 - excellent!!!
may be the BMS earnings call yesterday. quote
" Let me just add a few things from a commercial standpoint. Obviously, the TYK program is very exciting. The initial indication, as you know, will be in psoriasis. That's a very large opportunity, as you're aware, prevalence for psoriasis in the U.S., EU5 and Japan is on the order of 2.3 million patients. This is a big opportunity. And based on the data that we've seen coming out of the Phase II with a 75% response rate with the PASI 75 score, we think that TYK is going to play an important role for those patients who are looking for a biologic like efficacy, but with the safety and convenience of an oral. And obviously, that's just the first opportunity that we have with TYK. IBD is a very large market, roughly $17 billion worldwide. There are about 1.5 million patients diagnosed with this disease. And as we've discussed previously, the vast majority of those still are not ultimately treated with systemic therapies because the lack of really efficacious and safe products."
Those are big numbers and we are the only tyk2 available
I think we would need to see a bit more activity for there to be an impeding deal RNS- I would say if we are 0.0055-80 by Friday midday then something is going to happen. But this is Sar and AIM so what do I know, out of the blue news is always possible.
Fingers crossed that its not just a 'pump & dump'.
I don't think there is anything in this little bit of activity and movement. I am encouraged by it though. 47 trades on nothing could bode well when applied to a stonking RNS.
Not a lot.
does it matter ?
Sorry this time reported as a buy....
Another delayed sell reporting here.....this time 8k and again looks a wee bit suspicious.....
Ah it’s below the mid point of the spread though 0.38,0.39 / 0.40,0.41 so below the mid point which is was 0.395!
Best way would be :-
“please someone own up to the 10.5k to say if it was a buy or sell put my mind at rest”
Next sell after went through at .38, so most likely a buy
I doubt you could sell that many shares at mid price so I'm going for a buy!
Actually can’t tell as it’s exact to the mid point of the below trade! :/)
I think it’s a sell as spread was 0.37 - 0.41 from the trade £1990 before at 08:13:38
Definitely a buy!
From earlier this morning popup now.....reported as a sell but looking at the time of the trade looks like a buy to me....
