Well, that’s a good sign. Bought relatively quietly, but a big stake in very long term hands.
Very nice near 8% rise. I reckon SAG is worth 450p so more upside here. I have been punting SAG all year so this increase is very welcome.
No.
Insider-looking sellers at 390p.
Oh well, they do employ a lot of long-serving consultants who may well own shares and probably deserve to cash in on the success of SAG.
As the day traders like to say. ??
Thanks for the detail Valuation...

The 1H statement last year stated
Adjusted operating profit increased by 50% to £4.9m (H1 2019: £3.3m)
So AOP this year is expected to be around £6.37m
Yes all looking good and happy to sit on these for a while. I bought in for same reasons as you regarding profiting from Frontier Smart. Glad that they're hanging on to it for a bit longer.
A bit annoying that they only update us as a % of what AOP was at this time last year. Looking back, they said the same thing this time last year, which makes it difficult to know the exact AOP expected. Why can't they just say it's gonna be XYZ £M? Guess they'll tell more at the AGM.
RNS, ofc, not TNS!
That’s some trading update. Medical consultancy doing really well, I wonder why!?! And no sale or spin off of Frontier as it is the goldmine that it seems to be when I owned the share, and bought here to stay involved. Plus this company seemed very cheap as a stand-alone anyway. Win/win. Congratulations to the management.
Agreed - tightly held 57% out of public hands. I am not aware of any broker having published research. Anyone seen forecasts for 2021?
Cannacord reducing but Hanover going over the a notifiable threshold, Maybe the Share buyback programme is sucking shares out of the market. Fairly thinly traded but a very solid share in my view. Hopefully we can go past 350p into a new trading range.
Institutional nibbling....?
The Market has woken up after all. Very strong buying in recent days.
yet the market sleepwalks. Good news for me as I plan to pile in next week and throughout the year. Really motoring now and surely undervalued.
and no real buyers around so I expect a fall then coming soon. Suits me as I wish to pick up more. I don't mind averaging down as this is an undervalued company ignored by the market it seems.
Big spike in volume today, expect a holding RNS maybe soon...
I have finaly decided to take a few since they stole Frontier smart from us (and i've been sulking ever since :)
how u calculate market cap by adding profit?? silly
The fact they haven't relayed contract worth or how much each unit costs makes me wary that it's not worth it.
£94 Mil market cap, add a liberal £10Mil in profit, (Being very liberal here)... gives a mc of £104Mil and 42 million shares in issue, values @ £2.47.. but the profit is never gona be £10mil, after costs are removed. So really depends on any other worldwide orders they contract.
I hear you but seems HMG have a very keen interest in these ones :)
I did... even if they sell them at £500 a shot that's £5mil... £1000 a shot that's £10Mil
Unfortunately for them the largest problem with ventilator system has been taken care of with the Mercedes F1/Mclaren teams at much cheaper if i'm not mistaken... and there are Ventilator systems out there cheaper being developed.
Do the math!
bought back 1100 @ 194.xx
fairly expensive, but growth potential
looking for you
