Yes same, i was thinking of selling advt this morning and putting it all in here because they usually get bought out for a premium (probably should have but to late now ha)
They can demand a premium too because they know we only have two years to make an acquisition
I did little research before, will that timeline be scrapped Then now that we’ve made an investment as such?
Wonder how it’s gonna play out will they raise or do it stock for stock the latters meant to be the cheapest way, even if we get slightly diluted it all play out in the end I’m sure
I still believe that you can top up if it goes under£2. But will we see that again. The old saying buy into weakness sell into ……Still a month away
£2.50-£3 looks the range . Vin accumulated very early at less than 40p. She’s tricky! 10% for next to nothing
Once they get offer made that is when we see will this shoot up you have to watch everyday see when they make an offer we hope very soon
Eccles the price been going up very nice over the last couple of weeks. hopefully this will carry on increasing and investors holding, good news to come out from this one, as there have been some heavy buying into this one. the SP price still has alot more to go IMO
Where do people on here See going up to today if they get a offer in the next month.
And there’s the bid. That was quick.

Hindy86 - yes, currently holding both and keen to see how it plays out.
VM clearly sees value and plenty of upside from £2 at SAA. Sure it’s above the current price, but she’ll be buying at that level because she sees it going significantly higher from there and presumably can’t easily get hold of a 9.8% stake at a lower price.
Clearly there is now speculation as to the possibility of a bid from ADVT. It’s understandable that they’re interested given the momentum at SAA with trading ahead statements in both the Nov and Dec updates. Chartwise it`s looking positive as well with the price hitting a new yearly high on massive volume after a long consolidation.
Short term volatility to be expected here, but with the company firing on all cylinders and Vin Murria prepared to buy a 10% stake above the market price, things are certainly looking rosy.
“AdvancedAdvt – which is run by entrepreneur Vin Murria – said buying 12m shares was ‘a good investment opportunity’.
It will fuel speculation that Murria, 60, is looking to buy M&C Saatchi as it recovers from an accounting scandal in 2019.”
“Murria is now overseeing a 22.3 per cent stake in the group worth £51million.”

And if we are to make a bid on this we will need to raise more surely
£230 m mkt cap v roughly the £129m advt has
Things have been going well for saa I know they signed some big companies lately Apple n mars to name a few
Interested to see how this plays out now
I’m glad somethings happening tho rather then nothing
Hi x54, are you holding both saa and advt
I know saa have upgraded guidance twice lately so likely have belting results, but why’s she paid £2 per share when share price was £1.70 seems a little silly
AV. now below 3%.
Essentially Vin Murria has sold a shed load of shares to...Vin Murria! Interesting!
ADVT has snapped up 9.82% of SAA at 200p.
Vin Murria knows her onions.

Look at ADVT
Selling out at 2 when price was 1.67, utter nonsense. Accumulation rather than sell
Very odd! RNS later today? The value was 10% of the market cap. I do hope we are not seeing an institution or a director bailing out.
Those after hours trades at £2 in auction are massive! Anybody know what’s going on? Or do we have to wait until the RNS at 7am?
Happy new year guys. We will have a great 2022. The messages have been clear from the board. All positive. The upside opportunity is massive. I cannot see any downside. Look at 2-5 year graph . This is only going one way. A rare gem . No worries
"... trading has continued to be strong and, as a result, management now believes full year 2021 operating profit will be materially ahead of expectations."
