rns - director buys, a good sign
I hope you all piled in
That is an excellent trading update and i expect this will rerate significantly higher as we now have earnings expected to be substantially ahead of consensus.
Well I thought that was a very positive set of results, puts the company back on track. There are so few shares traded these days, hope these figures will see a renewed interest in the business.
Key section:
" Momentum from H1 has continued into H2 with important client retentions and new wins.
Full year profit before tax and earnings expected to be substantially ahead of consensus.
Strong financial governance has enabled Board decision (post period end), to settle put options in cash rather than shares. Eliminates risk of continued substantial share dilution and represents a key turning point for the Group."
Onwards and upwards, when the market allows!!
... on Tuesday 21 Sep.
This has been dropping like a brick for some time now. Can’t remember the last time we had two blue days……
I topped up with another 7,700 share today. The management team is stronger than two years ago, and the business revamp is showing good results. Wish they were better at investor relations though!
There has been very little in terms of volume for quite some time. The management seem to be very opaque in terms of communication. Perhaps they need to be a little more vocal in keeping the market updated. Would be nice if this started to climb. Both house brokers have sp targets over £2.
Would be nice if there was some coverage from other brokers.

Some chunky buys this morning. Can't see this staying sub 150p for long. Vin will want a 4-5 times return here. Digital transformation is the key and Saatchi are well set to capitalise
The 2021 Trading Statements were both very good. Unfortunately it’s AIM, added to which, correction RNSs don’t go down too well
I don’t understand it either. I’m certain that they are on track to sorting the business out however there are so few shares traded that any buys or sells substantially affect the share price. It’s a mystery to me as I believe the fundamentals are good, we just need them to publish some good results.
This share has been savaged since the upgraded forecast. Macro economic worries aside, this share seems to be performing far worse than other advertisers.

looks that way as blue now
103K buy - II's loading up
This share seems to attract very little interest and subsequently, seems to be ripe for mm to manipulate. Let’s hope for some sustained news.
Liberium raises price target to £2.35
looks like we have a buyer- 100k earlier, i expect these will continue their upward trajectory, following the excellent results just announced and they have some big names on their list of customers too.
Quite pathetic to put out trading update in the morning just to restate figures later on, outside normal trading hours.
Completely agree Ben. £2 initial target from two brokers is also very positive. The good news from the other day is still being digested by the ii's. I expect some big movements next week, we're still not at the 52 week high.
It’s definitely under the radar, very quiet board and company!! Been holding here for about a year. With major shareholders loading up above £1.50 and the strong performance hinted, the results at the end of this month, should be a good incentive to get this to nice highs. Hoping and holding for £2.
Good luck all
We have lift off!

Director purchases in last 30 days:
30k @ 144
50K @ 128
102k @ 150
Experienced Deputy Chair says "the name alone is worth the current market cap".
Holds net cash of £33m.
The usual metrics will probably not help here, as the company remains in transition, however the board has backed the company with their own money, and the update in January saw 4Q 2020 exceed expectations.
Overall this seems promising.
Vin Murria On SAA - "Classic digital transformation story...I clearly think there's masses of upside on that one"

The directors must be hugely confident given their recent buying flurry:
Moray MacLennan (CEO) - 3rd Feb - £500k
Lisa Gordon (NED) - 15th Feb - £64k
Gareth Davis (Chairman) - 5th Mar - £155k
Colin Jones (NED) - 5th Apr - £45k
The last trading update was certainly bullish:
"- Trading in Q4 2020 was ahead of expectations, a resilient performance reflecting the breadth of the Group's customer base
- Year-end cash was significantly ahead of expectations with net cash of £33m at 31 December"
Plenty of positive momentum here to drive the share price much higher:
