Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
At this point after they have stolen £37k from me in lies, i think id rather they all go pop and have to go begging for jobs elsewhere.
AIM is clearly complete BS. Regulatory news…. They do what they want, say anything they can, and then just disappear and do it again elsewhere.
I wonder what rainbow they’ll paint to try and get new investment.
Completely let down, next we’ll see them use the words shareholder value!!
Has anyone had any joy contacting management (phone or email)?
I’m not wanting to be a panicky PI, but after the lies and total collapse, for them to just be silent, is unbelievable?
It appears currently like they don’t give a ****te, and then throw around words like shareholder value… at £35k down I don’t feel like you can mention value!!
I want someone to voice something about what happens, what is happening and what the plans are moving forward.
This silence after the series of events is shocking.
I too am in the same dilemma, albeit with a £30k investment at 28p. Which is now worth very little!
I am disgusted at how things have played out, like many of you have said, it is the complete 360, from things are great, this will avoid market volatility (after having 10M & 4M of funds in)… to this is awful, we need to raise at whatever cost to get out of this, only a few months later. Where has the £14m gone so quickly?
I too had originally been encouraged by GB’s interactions with investors, as it was refreshing to see rather than other companies neglecting their SHs. But how can you trust anything that is said even by RNS, if they can do this, and it is considered above board.
Has anyone actually heard an explanation from them as to the reasoning and series of events that caused this? Is this solely down to them not having the cash for the 1st loan repayment, and then TW dragging it down when he caught wind?
And has anyone got any knowledge or confidence that Nigel Burton, could be trusted to try and move things forwards? The £10m raise sounds good, but from the break down, it only allocates £2.5m to working capital, so how long is that going to last? And haven’t they now said profitable by the end of 2023?
From where I sit, I either wait for the share price to 14 bag… how likely!!! Write off the investment completely, which is a years salary for my wife, and is extremely painful. Or put in more to get my average to about 6p, which then could have a slim chance of being seen in a few years.
Just trying to weigh up, whether we have been deceived and there is foul play here, or whether they have simply made some bad decisions and over stretched, but ultimately the TW leak debacle is what sent this crashing, and has left DVRG with few options right now? Surely what he did is illegal and insider trading?
The directors have subscribed, not that it says enough to counter the above, but it’s something positive isn’t it?
Are there many people planning to attend the GM in person on the 14th? I wouldn’t of ever gone to something like this previously, just the online ones, but I’d like to know what the hell is going on….
Apologies for the mixed ramblings, very undecided as to how to proceed.
A little lost on how things stand with TSG..
When listed I was sold into the idea of this ‘vertically integrated’ graphite company. That mined it, processed it and developed it. Not just selling raw material but high tech end products.
Are they still pushing for TSG acquisition?
What are the reasons given as to why it is being blocked?
If it is dropped and they don’t proceed, are we currently just a mining company? The materials tech and processing would be nothing to do with the company we are invested in?
Hoping that I am misguided somewhere?
Perhaps naively, but when investing I did not grasp that the vertically integrated business we were being pitched wasn’t yet formed
Been holding here for 8 months ish.
Very happy with the company, the presentation and the communication. I think this is the only share I’ve seen with shareholder engagement and respect to this level.
Also having just read up more into graphene, it sounds truly amazing on what this could do in the future!!
Just read how passing sydney harbour water through it once, makes it drinkable!!
Am hoping to keep accumulating, ignore market craziness and hold for another year at least. Currently 40% of my money here, and looking to take higher
Thanks SeisNav for your responses. Yep eagerly signed up for Thursday just trying to gauge whether this could be a catalyst for a share price shift, and don’t really want to get burnt again with a further huge drop.
Understood regarding no deal has lapsed, that was poor wording by me. I know it was just the exclusivity agreement, it just feels very easy to say off the back of that, we are now talking to other majors… we obviously don’t get proof to back this up, so just have to trust I guess.
Have stuck in here this long with a sizeable and ever growing loss, so will at least hear out Thursday. Really hoping there is something to draw light from, so that I can regain confidence in my investment here and potentially double down.
Fingers crossed… GLA
Hi all
Been invested here quite heavily for 12-18 months. There has been a lot of exciting chat previously from the investor calls etc, but over the past 6 months it’s been dead.
I’m a bit lost as to all the ins and outs relating to the court case disputes, but am concerned that NVS hasn’t had even really seemed to keep any sentiment. Does this mean that there is little positive he can speak of? My big attraction to staying was that despite the AA deal lapsing, they had the imminent plan to start producing at one of their license areas (sorry forgot which one it was), which would generate substantial cash for them to be self sufficient in developing their exploration etc. My worry is why this has just gone silent? Is this wrapped up in the license disputes?
If anyone is patient enough to provide a factual summary of where things stand, I’d be massively grateful.
There is a lot of negativity on this board, and it’s quite hard to keep the faith. I’ve got funds free to bring down my average which is currently 6p, but am not sure whether adding now would be brave or just wreck less?
I just got stung massively with Napster , whilst they still talk of acting in shareholders interests, so am trying to assess whether I can trust NVS?
Thanks all
Indeed, running like clockwork with so many exciting upcoming events.
One question I’m not sure on is where we stand with the OTC admission? Does anyone know what is going on with this and a rough timeline for when we’ll be submitted / live?
Thanks
It’s definitely under the radar, very quiet board and company!! Been holding here for about a year. With major shareholders loading up above £1.50 and the strong performance hinted, the results at the end of this month, should be a good incentive to get this to nice highs. Hoping and holding for £2.
Good luck all
Comparing DVRG to Vodafone or sky isn’t really the same is it.... (£30bn+ companies).
Also this isn’t me saying I forgot my password or moaning for the sake of it.
My intention was not to put anyones nose out, but just to share my thoughts with other investors to share my concern, and knowing that Gerrard would see it, be able to get the app to what we all hope it will be, as quickly as possible.Hopefully with just a few tweaks.
No intention of starting a mass list of complaints on here, but IMO an awakening to any shortcomings and urgent improvement is in everyone’s interest.
This is my largest holding, and I wish it to do well as do you all. Not playing games, just want the company I am invested in and excited about, to be overwhelming to everyone involved in the journey.
Point done, not extending any negativity. Onwards with faith and respect for Gerrard and his team.
Cheers
From reading on here and seeing that Gerrard sees what we discuss, who better to hear the feedback.
I’d be surprised if I emailed a generic company email address to get direct comms with the CEO. And no chance of a reply.
Genuine long term holder, who believes in the company. Admittedly wastewater detection was the driver for me getting on board, but then the skin trust app sounded like another amazing avenue for the business.
Just trying to express that for £75 neither my wife or I feel delighted with the product, and wouldn’t rush to do again.
Fingers crossed, this is short term teething issues.
P.S. also found that in the recommendations tab of the report, when you click inside it, it automatically shuts down the app, quite annoying.
Cheers
Hi all
Been invested here and reading all the posts for over a year now, but never posted anything.
Just wanted to voice my opinion on the new skin app and test, with the aim of getting feedback to the main man at the top (Gerrard), who I think it’s great to see engage with us here.
As a supporter and investor I encouraged the wife to sign up and do a test. We received it in the post nice and quick, in a crisp and professional looking package, was a bit underwhelmed however to see the swab kit couldn’t be branded DVRG too, but this is a minor slight.
What wasn’t great though, were the detail on exactly where to swab. Just cheek? Check and nose? Check, nose and forehead? Even searching the website etc, no idiot proof demo was found. A nice little video would be handy.
Having then posted it off, we wondered how long it would take... again despite searching all over, no turn around guide time could be found. I understood that lab work was involved so didn’t expect a couple of days, but it would have been nicer to be informed of a 3-4 week timescale.
This afternoon I then received 4 emails saying the single report was ready, so I eagerly checked it out (on the wife’s behalf). Again, I’m afraid, disappointment. Lots of it.... a bit of very scientific gumph, a mention of changing diet, using cleansing wipes and less oily moisturisers. The environment section, is just a couple of values, nothing more.
And then the recommendations section, is empty??
I appreciate this may have been rolled out swiftly, but from what I’ve seen, every person that see the offering in its current state, is a customer who won’t be buying another.
IMO for this to be used and wanted by the masses, it needs to be useful and revealing, not require a dermatologist or scientist to interpret it for you. And it needs to give people detailed recommendations on what to use.
I genuinely am a supporter, and hope this feedback can contribute towards this product achieving its potential.
Thanks
