Looking at "news" 11.19 post and his reposting of Bell tweets. Bell also tweeted: "I did not spend a week there for nothing"
So definately from that reponse you can see he's back home.
At least he's consistent: failure yet again.
Hawaii, from that tweet he looks like he's back in the UK.
"In DRC and Burkina my colleagues continue working"
Notice he said colleagues and not himself.
Latest from Bell on X, oh it's Easter.

H5O our leader did mention creating shareholder value about two years ago from memory. He said something like this is the year of the shareholder. You cannot believe a word he says.
Can confirm most platforms are 'at best' only in Red Rock currently.
As I say, no idea what is going on, Lenigas could loan the company millions if he so desired (he even posted a year or so ago that if any junior wanted cash for XYZ project to contact him) one suspects Lenigas will be involved with New Ballarat.
I have commented before how poor Bell is at media, every statement is surrounded by fog, he goes off on tangents, he needs to be more concise and to the point, when was the last time he EVER mentioned creating shareholder value ??
Some update on the DRC must be due, one wonders how competent this 'Barry' fellow is (local legal advisor) he also seems to have very diverse views on just about everything based on his X posts.
The only 'hope' is that the former JV partner also want their money so whoever has to sign off the arbitration outcome must be under pressure from two parties.
It is not inconceivable for the share price to rally from current levels to .50p+, it happened at ORR recently from the same base price (I was a holder) the deal that did the rerate was a JV which placed $2m into the kitty and a exploration spend of $8m over a number of years.
The difference with ORR over RRR is that ORR have a competent management suite whereas RRR has AB.
Did say placing at 0.04/0.045
Probably.y lower now.
Guys you need to buy stock with no debt,no loans or CLNs with verifiable assets.
This one is a no hoper,it's just a gravy train for the guy at the helm.
PD101 - the accounts showed last half year they acquired 450k of new debt. They had 84k cash at December31st [ despite raising 500k in mid Dec]
Quarter one expenditure will have been funded by new debt which will be now £3m plus.
There will almost certainly be a charge over the companies assets for this debt. RRR went to great lengths to conceal the last charge to Prime Resouces - Gibraltar registered and no RNS.
All the company metrics are screaming RED.
Where yiu see no risk I am afraid only fools venture.
Your comment earlier in the week about well north of 0.2p on receipt of cash are fanciful. These accounts are awful and that's why the SP crashed.
I see little risk from here with the DRC money dropping shortly, but can't buy due to a lack of available shares.
No shares available to buy - DRC leak?
What a plonker! lol
Banbury, he cant be that bad - In his own words - he has never lost on RRR ! Seeing that he has been here years and the share price has dropped circa 95% in that time, that is some achievement fair play - Neve lost on RRR - Well done Helpful.
The world's worst Investment Advisor. Helpful ( Lundy) strikes again. RRR is in a good place !!!
Where is he need links to gold price.
Luckily Andrew Bell is a man who plans in advance ! He changed the nominal value of RRR share years ago, I believe the nominal value is 0.01. If it dropped below that, then even AB would start to panic then . . .lol
There will be a placing before that DRC money arrives . at what price though ? 0.002
