Well, well, well, empty inbox? Not surprised.... Hahaha... goad... goad Come on chump... get you lawyer to write this up: I [mr big shot] claim the following to be legally and provably true (ingnoring * comments) * on the date of 23/06/2019 all trades registered as sell on the LSE website were in fact all buys, purchased by [mr big shot] (* love this claim, there’s an opposite buy on the 30/04... but hey, that’s just a coincidence) * I [mr big shot] own a business valued at $40m (* not £’s, mmmm) * I [mr big shot] have 4m “social media network” * I [mr big shot] have a Double First and Masters degree FYI in Economics and Maths (* funnily enough this seems the most plausible)
"Oh and I’ve never spoken to Andrew bell or anyone at this company in my life."
Hahahaha... so mister big shot, £40 Co, 4m followers, invested in a company having never spoke to anyone affiliated with the company... goad... goad.. empty inbox... hope you've got a lawyer mate who's happy to waste some time
Loving this... I'll goad this chump into a legal binding document then show you guys the results
Get you lawyer to message me.... so I can check the domain
Haha, raise the stakes.. classic chump strategy... funny that Mr busy £40m business can reply instantly... rictastic at hotmail
Oh and I’ve never spoken to Andrew bell or anyone at this company in my life. You lot so quick to come up with theories and 20,000 negative comments on a board, no wonder you likely don’t make money. Stop focusing on who and what other people are. Sad really. Let’s go
Not one for details are you. $40m Business, and of you want to do that, like I initially proposed, back yourself - let’s get a lawyer to draw this up. $10,000. Can prove all the points. Come on big dog. Send me an email address. Got to have downside for you when I reveal details to the retail jub buckets
ahhhh, and add in the bank history
matlot: don't forget.. rope some chumps in (Helppful, DBGSJPM) to buy and promote the company based on "nudge, nudge, wink wink from Bell" and then dilute into the hype (yet again).... and DBGSJPM, bets on... (lets double it)... but based on 4M followers, £40M busniess, all "sell" on 22/05 are your buys
If you buy into this lifestyle company you are going to be here for a very very long time , any newbies be careful before parting with your hard earned !
that should pay half bells wages.......https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/220851/red-rock-set-for-healthy-dividend-payment-from-jupiter-mines-later-this-year-220851.html
Captainslapper - "You forgot to mention, shoats creek, steelmin"
Funnily enough so did the BOD here !!!!!
Jupiter put out a bit of good news and the BOD here are all over it like a rash releasing an RNS to tell everyone about it.
But when one of their projects STEELMIN goes into Administration they stay quiet and there's no RNS at all !!!!
Despicable behaviour imo
As was failing to RNS to the markets loans and transactions with Amulet Diamonds and more recently the £1.1m loan to Steelmin which of course will presumably now be written off as the Steelmin assets look to have been given over to the secured creditor Thalos. Another absolute kick in the teeth for shareholders here.
This BOD has to go, they are simply untrustworthy and treat shareholders with utter disdain imo. DYOR.
TDT2 has it bang on the money. A divi of USD $319,554.77 equates to just £252k. Peanuts.
This BOD fritter away approx. £850,000 a year just on Admin Expenses (see Annual Report)
They also spent £306,666 on "Other Project Costs"
A divi of £252k goes nowhere.
As at 31st Dec the company had only £27k in the bank (see Half Year Report)
But it also had Current Liabilities of £2.7m
So . . . . .
Dividend received approx. £252k
But against that liabilities of £2.7m, ridiculous Admin Expenses of circa £850,000, Other project Costs, probably on-going legal costs for Kenya and so on.
Small wonder there is a sudden bout of fervent ramping here. Confetti dilution is nailed on imo. How could it not be?
The company has already requested and been granted authority to issue up to 400m more shares in 2019.
There are a whole bunch of outstanding Convertible Loan Notes and tons of warrants to boot.
As TDT2 rightly says, any cash that comes into the RRR coffers is simply exposed to this preposterous expenditure
on Admin Expenses. RRR has so far received over £1m from Jupiter's 3 separate share buy-back exercises and a further c£750k in total from a couple of dividend payments.
Yet shareholders here have NOT BEEN GIVEN A SINGLE PENNY of any of those bonuses/divis.
The money simply seeps away in crazy director salaries and expenses and spurious projects.
It has all become a bit of a joke TBH. Nothing but a lifestyle venture for the BOD here imo.
DYOR
Perhaps it's our millionaire, bank owning contributor.
Interesting!
IG is quoting 0.5211p to sell. That 0.55p trade is bang on the mid. It looks like it is a negotiated trade. It does look like someone is buying. Maybe we have reached the turning point.
DYOR
FYI
That’s right run away idiot haha. I gave you an option with no downside to find out. Yet you run.
Pathetic retail jub. No one putting their money where their little claims and keyboard bashing is. And no, the UT are unwinds of the other side - almost no bashers here actually understand how a market works it seems and what different prints mean. Also, these .58 prints today, no one taking about them by you speculate with a few trades closer to the bid side. So simple it’s almost painful. You will see. Simple
It would interesting to establish the truth.

Your saying the trade at 14:42 is yours? I take the buy trade on 30/04 for the exact same amount is just a coincidence
What a chump... your'e on filter
Sorry, my mistake. JMS only gets half the ASD116mil. So RRR gets around £280k.
DYOR
No RNS yet.
I make that to be £560k/£580k to RRR.
Means RRR can hit the accelerator pedal on DRC.
DYOR
Distribution update. No doubt the wrong type of money.

DPGSJPM - "Also another £20k bid at 0.53 still to be filled"
lol
If you're so confident why not just pay asking price or even 0.60p ?! What's 10% when you believe this will multi-bag ?! Where's your 3% holding? Honestly fooling no-one here. Ramp on old chum.
“We bought them all”.... haha I’m calling BS on that one
(Also another £20k bid at 0.53 still to be filled) - come back when you understand how markets work buddy. Keep sprouting your same nonsense about confetti. It’s how small companies fund themselves. Good luck.
