Observation no malice intended but I was here @1.3p a very long time ago and lost a couple of k on Greenland . I see in-house nothing has changed ln fact it’s got entangled. I wrote to bell years ago on shares issues and his answer was being prudent bla.. bla . Tbh imho you have to be a mug to touch this with a barge pole because Bell is prudent amigo
Please don’t make the same ... cheers 2013 Tara x
But, but, but....doesn't he know about the Jupiter divi and El lemon juice royalties.
The bigger question is why has he no longer got confidence in the share?
So our friend Mr PG has been reducing his position. Obviously, has said he will set at 0.65p. The question is how much does he want to get rid of?
Tish tish Helpful. Poor show highlighting a bit of imo misleading PR puff
"#RRR holding in JMS currently valued at £3m"
The truth is the holding was worth over £4m when Jupiter relisted last year since when it has lost over £1.5m of its value as the JMS SP steadily tanked. rampers here said the JMS SP would rise in multiples. They of course lied as always.
The current little rise in the JMS SP from 24c to 29c is of course down to the fact that Jupiter is about to announce a dividend. Investors buy in, take the divi and sell back out. Using that situation to ramp the holding being worth £3m is pretty disingenuous and lame imo and says something about the share.
Here's the full chart for Jupiter since they relisted:
http://oi63.tinypic.com/5d1la9.jpg
You can clearly see the similar spike that occurred last Sept when they announced the last dividend. Small rise, then everyone sells back out and normal service resumes. In reality then the JMS SP will surely revert back to 24c once the divi cut off date is passed so imo the RRR holding is really only worth around £2.4m, down from £4m when they relisted last year.
The tragedy is that any dividend paid by Jupiter ends up in the RRR coffers and NOT in the hands of actual RRR shareholders who never see a penny of it. Thus far Jupiter have conducted 3 separate share buy-backs which RRR participated in netting over £1m and then they gave out a dividend netting RRR a further £500k+.
NOT A SINGLE PENNY of those bonuses/divis were passed on to shareholders here. Not one penny.
Meanwhile this BOD spews away available monies on ADMIN at the rate of over £850k per year plus "Other Project Costs" of £306k. That pretty much eats up the entire dividend for the year.
Where is the shareholder value????

It looks like we have a fight between a seller willing to take 0.65p and a buyer willing to pay 0.7p. They should just get together and do a deal at 0.675p. No point in making the MMs rich.
DYOR
Big 5m & 1m sells. £39k. Guess someone isn't confident.

nice
Hope so! Decided to buy a couple of tranches today. Speculative but potentially plenty of upside imo....
Well it looks like we might break 0.7p soon.
Interesting and colourful graphics. Only problem is RRR have (A B)ig problem.

After the shenanigans of transferring to pension account.
Well the SP held its level yesterday and today, a very good sign. Up 8.7% yesterday and 8% today. Maybe we have had the bottom and we are on the way up.

And Helpful continue to conveniently ignore all the past failures here. never mind the history eh?? Some of it less that 1 year ago !! Go figure.
Helpful has some of the Convertible Loan Notes here which can only be converted at 0.8p. Unfortunately he's been stuck with them all through last year and then the company extended the CLNs for a further year. I guess he'd love to convert at a profit. Doesn't seem at all likely though imo.
The Annual Report was a catalogue of disasters imo and uncovered the fact that this BOD made an investment in Amulet Diamonds and loaned them money WITHOUT informing the markets at the time. Callous disregard for shareholders imo.
RRR subscribed for 35,519 shares in Amulet Diamonds and also subscribed to USD401,961 of shareholder loans which are unsecured, non-interest bearing and have no fixed maturity or repayment date.
Meanwhile the Annual Report just casually mention that:
Greenland has been sold off for £1
Shoats Creek is being written off
plus we already know that Steelmin are currently unable to operate at a profit
and Kenya is stuck in legal matters
Now Bell has used RRR funds to buy share in ABM, a failed company which he is now the CEO of. According to the recent RNS:
"ABM made a loss of £3.945m in the year to 30 September 2017 and was suspended from trading on 11 December 2018 pending clarification of its financial provision."
Great use of shareholder funds there !!
For clarity, this is the earlier interview re DRC and Musonoi. You need to look at this and then the new interview today. In the earlier interval he quite clearly gives guidance on what he thinks is at Musonoi. In the interview today he has been very careful with what he said: a couple of times he stopped himself short.
Bottom line in December he was talking about a few hundred thousand tonnes of copper and around 30,000 tonnes of cobalt. He now says that they have done the 3 modelling and is very, very pleased. What it means in my opinion is that his original expectations have been confirmed by the work done since. It doesn't mean he has exactly what he supposed in December but whatever is there is pretty good.
2/3 months to get JORC report that can be put in the public domain and then he can go public talking about what is there.
Remember RRR has six licenses in DRC: 3 production and 3 exploration. He is getting excited about just one of them. What is there across the full six?
I expect RRR to concentrate on Musonoi and to do enough work on the others to JV them.
