Was hoping to hear more from Longterm following his high profile arrival back into Red Rock and his share purchases on Monday - maybe he is travelling.
I sincerely hope he builds a position here and brings about changes/transparency he implied, the largest shareholder in Red Rock must be down £400k-£500k on his equity purchases, I simply do not understand how this fellow can be happy, let alone continue to support management, of course the shareholder group may not have the ability or resources to replace the current BOD, that seems a more likely situation IMO.
Whilst it is true the sector has been decimated and one would be foolish to single out Red Rock on a 12 month basis you have to look at the wider picture here. It is a fact, over TEN YEARS the market cap has never exceeded £10m and most of the time has been sub £5m.
Over the period of the aforementioned 10 years Bell & Co have raised north of £10m and taken £2m+ in salary, the returns to shareholders have been negligible, many and I mean many targets/statements/claims by AB have been missed or never happened.
Hopefully in the New Year we may hear more from 'Longterm' the fellow seemingly has the resources and contacts to bring about change if he so desires, assuming it is the TR1 holder who announced on 25th March 2020 - he has made some interesting statements concerning RRR in the past to say the least.
Yes the first part of the first sentence made everything else that followed totally irrelevant. No wonder retail has such a bad image.
AIM 100 has a median mkt cap of £423m - RRR is less than 1% of that.
Median revenue is £158m - sum the entire history of RRR in sales or sales of investments, do you think it comes close?
2/3rds of the index paid dividends last year - what distributions have shareholders in RRR enjoyed over its history?
But sure, AB being at the helm for 17 years is totally justified and a bargain at £144k a year.
It's up to the shareholders to take action but the larger shareholders have no desire. A good solution would be for the company to just cease existing. No more wasted capital, no more gravy train for the management or large shareholders. Long term shareholders won't care as their holdings will be close to zero. Those that got in recently will lose out but it's not like there weren't a hundred red flags for this PoS. If you choose not to see them then that's on you.
Merry Xmas.
correction the average is 968K and the median is 348k by either metric AB is low
obviously skewed to companies larger than RRR but still an interesting benchmark to reference, particularly for those who want to replace AB who had a total 2021 compensation of 144k for ye 30 June 2021 --than 50% of the average shown in this report.

Report: AIM Directors’ Remuneration Report 2022
02 March 2022
For the sixth year running, we have researched the remuneration of directors of AIM listed companies. The AIM market has been a consistent source of optimism throughout the pandemic, for what has been an otherwise volatile period for public markets. This year’s AIM Directors’ Remuneration report looks at the key trends driving remuneration in AIM 100 companies, providing up to date market intelligence and benchmarking across salary, bonuses and gender diversity.
Key findings include:
As a whole AIM showed great resilience in 2021
The median salary for CEOs in 2021 is £348,000 and total average remuneration is £968,000.
The median FD & CFO salary is now £221,000, a 5% increase on two years ago. Total average remuneration has reached £529,000.
In 2021, bonuses for CEOs made up 43% of total remuneration packages, compared to FDs/CFO where bonuses made up 34% on average.
Only 2% of NEDs received a bonus in the current year, the median salary is now £46,000.
Gender diversity on AIM 100 boards remains low at only 16%. More than 1/4 of AIM 100 boards still have no female representation.
Although this report can only provide a snapshot of executive remuneration at a single point in time, we hope it will provide a useful benchmarking resource to allow you to compare your remuneration, and that of your directors, to your peers.
replaced with who? suggest a name? what's their compensation package>? track record?
"one should never over commit to one stock" - fully committed to **** management though.
Do you just sit there and make stuff up? You probably need to seek professional help.
Happy Xmas and all that good stuff. Lets look forward to RRR shareholders making some decent money in 23.
No wonder you get so aggressive when it's suggested Bell should be replaced because if he were replaced all these individual projects that Bell persuaded you to invest in would probably get dropped by any replacement.
It's amazing you have such belief in a guy who has such an atrocious record.

I am and I have in the past bought in the market. It is Christmas now. I have other stuff to fund and I have just given AB money for ALR. I get deals on my desk all day long, practically everyday. Once Christmas is out of the way, it will be time to reconsider; particularly if ALR is looking good and the SP hasn't moved but I have of direct and indirect exposure to RRR. I have a chunk of EOC, a chunk of ALR and a chunk of BK alongside the shares, warrants and CLN in RRR. No matter what I or you think, one should never over commit to one stock.
Anyway on balance things are looking pretty good but as usual everything takes longer that we think it should.
I was pretty down on the RRAL gig but the 3D model shows that they might have something half decent at Berringa. I still think he should have exited when he had the chance but it might turn out quite good.

NB it is highly likely that we have tantalite associated with our lithium. https://www.tanb.org/about-tantalum/production-of-raw-materials

Stephen do you buy stock on market or is that not your mo?
Are you not personally interested in buying RRR at 0.3p?

Looking much better

I just watched the video which was very useful in detailing costs and confirms the ballpark price for the ore in the article I posted recently. The margins are insanely high so looking forward to seeing production commence early in the new year

Kim yes your right, there are no Zimbabwe licenses and no hard rock lithium market at 2% to 6%
In fact there are no EVs
Don't forget the tantalite...
You Tube link to the recent interview, the numbers are impressive....

And then RRR could use that cash flow to build a rocket which can reach asteroid 16 Psyche and mine it for all it's worth. Could be looking at cash flows of $1+ quadrillion per year from 2032!
If after ramp up to 5000 tonnes per month and the flotation kit installed and working which would produce grades over 4.5%.
Giving 2500 tonnes at 4.5%
Taking the sale price pf $1700 (rather than $7000)
That's alot of cash flow running through the business in 2023
Very interesting interview. 20 fold increase in the price if they can get it to 4.5% grade with 2 bits of inexpensive kit, which can be paid for from cash flow in first few months.
