Buys are slowly trickling in 6 v 1 - 7 trade so far, 22 trades 2 days running 13 yesterday perhaps 10 today and a tick up ?
as they will have to move us of the floor sooner or later, if we are now in a low volume period ? that would mean every buy should have positive impact on the SP if they want it to happen off course ? and get sellers as they go along if they are desperate for liquidity.. they will be force to work with what they got IMO..

Really puzzled by your post @14:28, Wed, 10.4.24. There are 5k & 10k TRANCHES to purchase? You said earlier that if the DRC money comes in kinda thing, that you will take your £500 from another AIM goldie stock to put into RRR. Now, you say there are £5k & £10k stock to buy? How did £500 potential buyer become £5k & £10k? Just akin because it does seem to make any logical sense? Yes. No?
He seems to have a degree of balance in his posts.
4% is a lot and surely he would have been massively diluted over time which is why I asked the question about participating in placings.
Maidit is not the sharpest poster on here.
Not long before they link me and AJay as the same person and get H50 frothing at the mouth on a new conspiracy theory.
TR1 on 15.12.23 was a reporting of a 4.38% stake in RRR from 3%. This is the topic of conversation on this forum currently.
So, AJAYE who has just posted he is a 4% owner of RRR shares, to what do we owe the pleasure of your visit onto this RRR forum? The RRR 15.12.23 RNS was a TR1 holding ann. and the 4.38% holder is Andrew N.Jones.
I posted the 3 names that are major holders of RRR from the Red Rock Resources website as this is a rule of AIM 26 to post the registry details overview. I said that I did NOT KNOW if Mr Jones was a PORTFOLIO MANGER. Why? Linkedin only has Andrew Jones as portfolio managers [plural[.
LoL. Wed, 10.4.24
This reminds me of one of those TV shows like "undercover boss" when they find out how people treat them before they discover who they are.
I'm sure i've always been nice to Ajaye. 😇 On the otherhand i recall "Helpful" being clever rude to him, then of course "Maidit" today.
They will probably start being nice to him now. I would say "Stick it!" 👺
TR1 Maid
"You should be humble and grateful for owning 4%" I've heard it all now, what a plum!!
You are so rude Maidit!
Have you ever thought about looking at the 15 December RNS?
Maidit - He sounds like genuine holder !
A person that hold 4% would have no need to post at all, or give his position away on an open forum just to show off ?
and if he keep on, him and his pretend position in RRR will be filturd
And we have heard it all before a troll saying he own 4% of the CO, to get in on conversation above his pay grade, but don't understand comma means taking a breather, so your readers also take a breather when they read a post ?
he just come on here to bash the faithful, and should be ignored, a person that hold 4% 200m of RRR equity would have no reason to post anything negative or point scoring against any other investor of RRR equity.. that person would be humble, and grateful for any information and heads up'' to get this depress and unloved stock moving north
AIMO off course
Blimey Ajaye... Just read your history, you've been in RRR for quite some time. Have you continued to average down?
what has kept you invested here since share was over 1p?
You genuinely own 4% ????
I cannot see any liquidity issues with this stock - £5k-10k tranches are available for purchase at around 0.67 presently.
There is no conspiracy theory or shortage of stock...I imagine no one is buying because no one wants this stock.
Any update on DRC payments?
Any update on Lithium sales?
Any update on what D.Lenigas was brought in to deliver and what he's being paid?
Any chance of AB buying some stock himself if this share is so undervalued?
Anyway...I'm sure they'll find a small pinch of gold dust to wow the market with soon enough and then all the above can be forgotten.
P.s... my shorts are making me rich... (wink).
Wow AJaye 4%.
If you don't mind me asking how long have you been invested ?
Are you asked to participate in placings as a major holder.?
Thanks Banbury
Well x2 buys just slip through the net just now'' a 1.4m & a 1.5m, so I take it they have stock to sell then ?
GL AB and team on site in this gold rich country marred by discord & distrust of the pass, keep your head down get on with the local keep safe.. we await direction...
ATB
Yep just wanted to understand his points - not sure why I’d be a troll when I own 4% of the company 😂
Ajaye that was a bit rude of him. Afterall you were praising his post.
??????????
Excellent news. So, MARKETING in gold mining has moved on from the days of HEDGING. But then again, hedging is not ideal for smaller miners that dont mine billions a year like majors.
Return of GOLD LOANS -----------IS AWESOME. Why? Who wants to give $$$ real money IF GOLD is NOT official a Tier 1 asset [ I posted the links etc yesterday that after the Financial Crisis of 2008, the G20 has classified Gold as Tier 1 asset from Tier 3. This meets with BASEL III BANKING REGULATIONS.
One recalls BEARER NOTES and whoever bears the note is entitled to the COUPON. So, in this case of GOLD LOANS, there is a GOLD NOTE but to be paid in ACTUAL GOLD [akin to Bitcoin in kind]. See, I told folks that NO ONE GIVES any money if there is no ASSET OR COLLATERAL. All banks recognise assets for collateral evaluation. Just discussing the gold loan notes for gold mining. This is very suitable for Africa gold mining?
I don't talk to trolls''
-----------------QUESTION: SUNDAY CREEK [SOUTHERN CROSS GOLD , ASX A$190m mkt cap for 49% of project only and still drilling.-vs RRR Australia , NEXT DOOR to Sunday Creek @Kilmore [both mining towns starting with Kilmore, Victoria, Oz.---
I have been taking a look at the PICS shown by /Southern Cross Gold on Twitter ie their core of high grade gold.
Yes, they look like small nuggetty gold. As I said , big gold nuggets have been found NEAR BALLARAT TO BENDIGO which has a worth of A$240k just for one BIG nugget. So, as said , the nuggetty gold has been disseminated into the quartz etc.
QUESTION: THERE IS SUCH A THING AS ------------FEEDER ZONE IN GEOLOGY. For example, one CEO said Pitfield, in W.Australia is the FEEDER zone to the titanium nearby belonging to Sheffied. SO, QUESTION IS: IS KILMORE THE FEEDER ZONE TO SUNDAY CREEK or the other way round. Any ideas? Thanks. Wed, 10.4.24.
Awaiting the CPR to be signed off re : RRR AUSTRALIA IPO or sale of its Australian gold licences etc which has seen some drilling etc. DYOR. NIA.
Madit, I’m sure there is some some real value to your post and thoughts I’d like to expand on -could you repost with a few more commas and better explanations of your points so readers can get the full value from it ?
The only way to stop this impasse is for MM to put price up on the solid buying we have seen in the past 2 days with no real movement and stop protecting the shorts.. if they do that'' then they will get the 2 way street they crave, it's got nothing to do with AB, this problem stems from manipulation out of control with no oversight'' now no one want to sell any until this good news of gold gold gold FKN everywhere and production has started DROP.... then they will have to open the flood gate and sell the billion stock they have been holding on to pretending they have not got any'' to the Market when the orders start piling up''
AIMO off course other posters may have there own opinion...
The gold price has stopped moving on Goldprice.org too
If you care to have a proper look at the pretty piccies on Twitter/X, you will see that the illegal miners have busy little bees and that they have mined a substantial amount of material and some of it is at the pond. That being the case, we can make a fair estimation of the confirmed mined gold at surface.
"Long-term gold loans
This is a special type of loan that applies exclusively to the gold mining industry.
Long-term gold loans are used to finance projects for gold mines and ore processing plants producing this precious metal.
The peculiarity of these loans is that the borrowed funds are issued to a mining company and subsequently returned to creditors in gold. This entails certain advantages for both lenders and the gold mining company.
For banks that hold a portion of their financial reserves in gold, these loans provide a temporary mobilization of these reserves in order to make a profit. At the same time, banks have complete confidence in the return of gold due to the development of the mine.
The gold mining company benefits from the return of the loan funds in precious metal (the company's product) at the exchange rate on the day the loan was issued.
This guarantees the stability of prices for a certain part of the product, regardless of speculative fluctuations.
Companies often financed successful gold mines on preferential terms (annual interest rate of about 0.5%). This opens up new horizons for mining projects, especially considering the possibility of flexible adjustment of the terms of the gold loan in accordance with the real needs of a developing enterprise.
Typical maturities for gold loans are around 5 years.
However, despite the attractiveness of this type of financing, banks require confirmation of the company's ability to ensure the planned extraction of the precious metal.
This requires in-depth expert analysis and presentation of the results of the study of gold deposits to potential lenders.
The financial literature describes cases where banks have required reliable collateral to lend to a new mining project, covering up to 125 percent of the current value of the gold provided."
