I cant see him selling a single share would be a dumb move after buying them in the 40s . He re-arranged his holdings must be for tax reasons. And at this price can only see huge upside
Waiting at 39p
Something brewing here I can feel it. Offer not he table perhaps?
If thats the case I can see an offer going in very soon. This guy knows what he is doing and how to avoid taxes before the big news
There now in his daughters company.just re arranged.assume tax reasons
Kelda Limited company from Hong Kong [Viktor Pichuck’s asset-Ed.] through its daughter company Kylestone Limited (British Virgin Islands) acquired 24.4 % share in Regal Petroleum (UK),
Someone must have been buying these, there is no way all these were sold and not bought or the share would have dropped massively. Something is going on here and someone else is definitely picking these up
still be holding but has rearranged his investment vehicles and split his holdings??
Pinchuk sold the lot
A £20k buy gone through this afternoon boded well for this undervalued stock - roll on the 40s and 50s again in a month or so?
Seems ok now but that was under 39p, back over 39p once again to buy now. Some very strange trading of late here
Don't appear to have a problem. £2700 dummy buy?
£500 Yep but over a grand nope, must be loading these up on the cheap before any anticipated rise
Unable to buy anything more than 1k shares here. Big buyer in background perhaps?
Anyone else able to get a quote for more than 1k, I am with IG.
Yes but dont forget, very large buys can be delayed for about 3 to 4 days. I've seen it before
This price action makes no sense unless there are some of these
You talked about hidden buys yesterday as well. All that popped up were sells.
The Automatic trades *are* holding the price. Source and reason: unknown (IMO)
If Pinchuk is buying, he is miles over 30% now. We all know that his interest in supplying a timely TR-1 is nil.
Getting the impression there are some huge buys being hidden.
We have had a lot of sells here yet maintain around 39p
I can only assume these are being soaked up by someone to maintain the price?
The comments in their annual report were pretty emphatic:
1. "The Group considers that the Order is groundless and that the outcome of the legal proceedings challenging the Order will ultimately be in favour of the Group, and consequently, the Group does not anticipate any negative effects on its operations in respect of the matter."
2. It also says that the reassessment of the remaining reserves and resources at the VAS field is being undertaken by an independent petroleum reserves consultant.
The VAS order was politically motivated and will be struck out, as has happened in every other similar case.
If there was any doubt about the VAS order surely the company would have halted the VAS reserves reassessment due for completion in 2 months time.
A re-rate will come in due course.
Today imo, watch later.
Nice suuport at 40p still
Seller out with that last big trade? Surely a share buy back at this level makes a lot of sense, creates instant shareholder value
Indeed, back to 45p soon and then move up from there.
Be good to see a certain someone take over 30%
easy hold - 60 p min target GLA DYOR
?? 33 !!! lol so funny
jog on pal
Coming in today around 10k shares a time.
We should see this pick up pace soon and head back to 45p or so
Dont bicker guys it makes the board look shite
Great price to invest here, check the last rns. Outstanding income being generated.
Looks like we may go sideways for a bit but that's fine by me. I'll add again if price goes any lower
