Big kudos to the MMs by the way.. 95Mil volume and they are managing to keep it nailed to 2.6-2.8, I wonder how.
However, I feel like if they do not want this to move in either direction because they are as clueless as us about what's happening in BRH/RMS/P2F. I do not know if this uncertainty is actually good news or bad news though.
nina is right- and the shares are admitted to trading even if there is a constraint on when he can sell as it affects percentage shareholdings for disclosure of major holdings ie tTR1s
@warleb
total tosh. LSE gets a feed of trades. It is an LSE algorithm that decides if it is a buy or sell based on the current mid-point between buy & sell prices. No surprise that it gets it wrong quite a lot of the time!
Raaydaar As a teacher I stand by my maths abilities and the difference is 10000000 . Get your calculator out please. :)
lool these sellers...
What I want to know is why I keep reading on ****ter that MM's are putting buys in as sells to fool us numpties into selling. Is this actually possibe or total tosh.
On the RMS front. My guess is that they are busy, really busy. When they are ready they will release an RNS. Simple as that... It's radio silence. No tweets no nothing and that's for a reason.....
So buys, yet again, outnumbering sells substantially but price remains surpressed.
Simple question really, Why.
Nina007, not wishing to rain on your parade or mathematical ability but the difference between the two numbers you quote is in fact just 1 million not 10 million therefore nothing to do with the consultant who by the way is locked in u til August 2021 therefore cannot sell
Cebo -456 I disagree with you, but happy to be corrected.
Comparing the RNSs of 12th Nov and 16th Nov I find the following:
12th Nov : shares in trading 1573270231
16th Nov: shares in trading 1583270231
Difference: 10 000 000 (which equals the number of shares for the consultant)
So is the buyer. Who are they?
There
Nina, that is correct but they are held and cannot be sold, so it matters not one bit. There are no more or less available to buy or sell than their were yesterday.
Hi Nina' your previous post is as precise as the RNS from November 16th is. Good Luck.
Used the opportunity to buy £9k at 2.665p, a steel at this price imo
@andip85 my understanding is that THE CONTRACTOR cannot sell his shares until August 21, but they will be part of the shares in circulation starting today.
Chart is turning up and the buy is 2.7p. I have had some more at this price now it looks like the sellers have gone and things have stabilised.
Yes, that's what I said, but was poo-pooed. I don't like this Board and sense something is amiss with this share. Hope I'm wrong. Right, I'm ready for the trolls and hate mail now :-)))
These warrants become shares today but they cant be traded until if memory serves me right August 2021?
Those can't be traded until Aug 21 looking at the RNS.
Gut feel says there's still a buyer hoovering shares up somewhere - buys are higher than sells and yet the SP is pretty much static (and has been around this area for a while) . Volume has dried up a bit today so perhaps the seller(s) are done now.
All just guesswork at this point - until a future RNS or TR1 we won't know what's going on.
SP isn't tanking and seems pretty happy around this level so I'd take that as a positive for the moment. Lets see what happens when some news lands.
Just my views, DYOR etc
Only said that 25 times. Have to wonder if some people actually read posts
Isn’t today the day that 10000000 shares that are issued to the contractor in lieu of payment go into trading?
Maybe that is the reason for the excessive shares in circulation?
go to top of page on here and click on RMS share price.
You will see in the list total trades. if you scroll down then look on the left lower side you will see buy v sells.
In reality all this is, is a trade being shown below the mean price ( sell) and above the mean price (buy)
Those that are not shown I believe are traded but not executed at that time and shown as delayed trade.
Do not take buy and sell as gospel.

Where we can check trade vol
Hopefully it will pick up this afternoon with it being the weekend and hopefully positive news Monday fingers crossed!!!
