Just a tidy up before leaving AIM for good today.
Very odd. Not high values.

If you haven't voted via your broker DO IT NOW, this could be your last chance to determine the outcome of your company.
Lets have a say in who organises the liquidation of the assetts, not the BOD's mates...
cast your VOTE - no to both options.
MYOMU.
to see a few trades today.
Hi all, This is generally the last day to vote via your Broker. To date, RIG members, who responded to a group question have voted No, and the BoD cannot proceed with their motions without getting agreement from shareholders with 75% needed of the votes cast... Please make your vote count and let's collectively show the BoD that PI's have a voice and we need to be heard. ATB to RMM shareholders.
Share Tips / Recommendations and Research don't come for free !
Begbies are requiring your broker to contact them stating that you hold shares and that they are authorising you to attend, speak and vote at the meeting, if you want an MS Teams invite to the General Meeting.
To attend the GM you need an invite from Begbies.
You need to email as-team@btguk.com You should get a reply, they will ask for proof that you are entitled to attend, speak and vote at the meeting. Your nominee will need to provide this. For clarity email Tom.Harrison@btguk.com.
Halifax have done it on my behalf - however, I still need to submit the proof. Begbies advise that 'Once the shareholder has provided us with this letter we can provide log in details for the meeting, which will be sent on the morning of the meeting.'
Its almost like they don't want shareholders there.
Wonder why?
228000 ounces of gold
We been told we have billion pound copper,228 ounces of gold ,huge exploration potentials ,world class asset, high grade copper ,production can be 20000t/year with 19 years mine life ,significant value compare total indebtness etc etc etc .....now it's time to see whether it was true ? If all of that's are true then we should be sale for $120 to $150 millions at least in compare to recent few deals happened in Canada and rest of the world .
Highest 5, added two more...
Highest 3 creditors to RMMUK from what we've seen so far.

Tim Sanford has advised that if you wish to attend the Virtual GM meeting - you need to request access via Begbies at
as-team@btguk.com. They will then provide a link.
This will be your last chance to have a say. IF you're a shareholder and don't vote, then you're voting in favour of the BOD and TB.
Remember the BOD want you to vote for, but haven't told you who is pushing for, RMM UK to be liquidated. They haven't shown who RMM UK owe money to, and they haven't shown what other options were considered by the BOD before choosing CVL.
Why are the BOD keeping that information from us, the shareholders - hence I've voted No. I'll take my chances with a court appointed judge rather than a BM appointed crony!
Begbies have been approached for the info but have indicated it will be available 24hs before the meeting..... too late for the Shareholders to read and use it to inform our vote. But may work in their favour. Surely it was produced before taking the decision to go for a CVL?
Not finical advice. Make up your own mind - and remember Monkey, Smarty and the Landlord types CAN'T vote, they don't hold shares, but they still like to stir the ****.
Voted. NO.
fekked off this has been suspended for half a year, I could have got out months ago with something at least. To think, exactly 2 years ago I was 3 grand up on the run up to 60p.????
The BOD want a yes vote, TB is 'strongly' in favour of a yes vote. That alone should make shareholders (not the likes of Monkey or Smarty or Al Murray) have cause for concern.
On the evidence of his broadcasts and media releases, I do not trust TB to act in my favour. Who are the creditors pushing to close RMM UK? Who do RMM UK owe money to? Is it TB's £500k pay off.

Monkey I'm guessing you lost some money from RMM. But so has a lot of other people. They are trying to get other miner,s to look at the mine and possably buy it. Or at least bring It to there attenention. If you feel that,s a lost cause then that,s your opinion. But at least there trying to salvage something from this mess and not just give up
The admistrator has to maximise return to the debtors and creditors.
Anything else will be worse for them.
Don't put off voting, do it today.
Only a few days left with most brokers to register your proxy vote for the motion to place Rambler UK (the Rambler entity in which we hold shares) into Creditor Voluntary Liquidation.
The opinion of RIG is that shareholders should strongly consider voting against the CVL motion, but to the BoD's inadequate reasoning and less than transparent motives.
Vote by logging into your broker account, or by phoning your broker and asking them to look at RMM Corporate Actions.
If you'd been here longer than five minutes you'd know it's RMMC that's for sale, not RMM UK. The CVL application is for RMM UK, not RMMC. The SISP is a defined Canadian process, and unaffected by the CVL. The CVL does however potentially affect the rights of shareholders of RMM UK, and could potentially be a way of discretely disposing of Rambler Mines Ltd, which holds the rights over RMMC.
You were going on about an exciting opportunity to invest in the vibrant Scarborough public house industry, for which you're the prime blow monkey.
Get some friends monkeyfluff, you seem desperate
It's RMMC that's being sold, not RMM UK. The RMMC sales process is effectively independent of RMM UK now, due to the SISP.
why do you even care monkey. you said before that the alarms were going off in your head. you sold out. so why do you keep banging on about it. you did say before that you lost a lot of money with RMM. get over it and don't invest what you can't aford to lose
