There is a big rumor of $113 millions offer by a big player in the bid here in Toronto. It's a big rumor though .you don't know what to believe and what not to when it's come to question of rambler .

We only need few bidders to get 120+ millions which will make everyone happy .if you listen carefully elemental CEO's recent interview you can get the message that there are a lot of serious buyers there who understand the value of a mine who h has a very high grade copper and gold and a significant amount of reserve with all infrastructure and more exploration potentials...not everyone is stupid like rmm board who doesn't even know when to hedge and when not to hedge forget about running a business efficiently.

If you look at TB's linkedin profile and read first few lines you can't stop laughing .......

Because they want to get it for peanuts for some of their friends.From begining of 2022 this BOD intentionally destroyed the company by not done hedge when copper was $4.75+ knowing their financial condition then . I never seen a BOD like this and a statue chairman like BM .it was all part of a big game .
We still have great asset and can be sell at least over £100m+ if monitor is serious and find few decent buyers ( not TB,Mayer's,BOD's friend want to buy for peanuts)who will fight for rambler great assets.
We never thought even in dream rambler can go to this position while CEO said we were very comfortable with our capital structure just few weeks before car crush RNs .
This BOD of rambler should not be in public if they have any shame .they destroyed a huge potential company which has great assets and infrastructure .
TB,JM,BoD ,newgen all played a good game with innocent shareholders .

228000 ounces of gold

We been told we have billion pound copper,228 ounces of gold ,huge exploration potentials ,world class asset,high grade copper ,production can be 20000t/year with 19 years mine life ,significant value compare total indebtness etc etc etc .....now it's time to see whether it was true ? If all of that's are true then we should be sale for $120 to $150 millions at least in compare to recent few deals happened in Canada and rest of the world .

Exactly ...rambler BOD get ready for legal action unless you find buyers and get decent some from sale process which will give shareholders most of their investment back .TB ..get ready for the result what you did to this potential company .

If they can sell in a decent price .

Question is who choose TB to lead rmm and not tracking his activities of spending .

Now rmm will be in auction by court order asap and hopefully we will get few buyers to bid for a good producing mine .copper is $4+ ,we have a billion pound copper in underground and mine is in much better position than before in terms of production side .so we will find lots of buyers including Glencore and will get good price if bidding war start between them.

Looks like VW is going to invest in rambler as JM is involved in this .In that case rambler will be in much better position than past several years of their history and will be a mid tier miner in coming years .
