Hi all, This is generally the last day to vote via your Broker. To date, RIG members, who responded to a group question have voted No, and the BoD cannot proceed with their motions without getting agreement from shareholders with 75% needed of the votes cast... Please make your vote count and let's collectively show the BoD that PI's have a voice and we need to be heard. ATB to RMM shareholders.

I have voted "No" to both resolutions, nothing RMM has done has ever been to our (PI's) benefit and this imo is no different. Suggest that you check your email / spam for a voting email from your Broker. If nothing there suggest you contact them, voting generally is easy to do . If we all vote NO we can scupper their plan.... whatever the real reason is.... ATVB to all holders.

Would need the agreement of shareholders via a vote if over 10% and depending on the size may get voted down if it means shareholders are diluted to oblivion...

According to DJ on the HZM bb he has sold up, won't be investing in AIM companies and will be deleting his LSE account....

While I feel for the HZM holders and the way they are being treated (similar to us in a way), I don't for DJ and imo this board will be a better place without his narcissistic views / recent patronising posts towards others and LTH like me.

I sold out today at a fairly big loss. I just have had enough of the BoD and the destruction of the SP. With little apparent revenue from activities and probable cash burn, I expect the SP to retreat further when more funds are needed. All the very best to LTH's

Current projections shows it will be to the west of the mine and they will miss the worst of the weather...

With respect, it feels to me like your almost trying to scare the remaining holders into selling by placing doubt in their minds. Perhaps persuading people to sell up somehow makes you feel vindicated in your decision and that we all need to feel an actual loss and how angry it can / could make us feel.

None of us (existing holders) like the current situation, but at the end of the day, no-one truly knows how bad this really is, how any restructuring discussions may be going, or what could be the end result.

In short, it is my investment, my choice, my risk. If I had sold out I certainly would not then go on a posting campaign... angry posts, fear posts or trying to steer other people down a certain path based on views rather than facts.

I would simply lick my wounds, learn from it and move on quietly....
