Don't post here much, been a holder of RMM for quite a while now, am I annoyed by the current situation and SP, not really, a little disappointed but hey we are in a far better place then we were when the future was in the balance as RMM struggled to stay afloat, dilutions and an SP sub 20p.... for me I ignore the rampers / derampers / crazy people and panickers.... and instead I rely on my own research on RMM...look at the market, what we have in the ground, what it is worth, where it is based, and who owns the shares (has skin in the game)... havent sold a single share and I sleep well at night... lots of other AIM mining shares cant boast having all or even some of these...... have a great evening all..
Monday could be a day to turn the phone / computer
off and not look at the markets... as panic could ensue, or conversely could offer buying opportunities... enjoy the rest of your weekend all..
Following the latest placing I have read a lot on RMM both here and on other forums, contrasting views. Negative, positive, anger, disbelief etc etc...
But perhaps we should consider another angle. The RNS had other positives, production starting in ernest, more stopes etc etc, and what money will be used for.. development etc. A mine going into gear... extending its life following more positive finds, becoming more valuable.
Then look at who is the biggest shareholder... the chairman Brad Mills mainly gained as part of a debt for equity agreement in 2020 that basically wiped out existing shareholders but saved the company from being liquidated at the time.
So why is Brad Mills invested, its not for a bit of fun, or a hobbie, he is a businessman, he wants a ROI... no sign of any dividends any time soon, so what does this leave.... with development drilling to get the mine back into production, on the verge taking ore from multiple stopes while they keep developing the mine to ensure production continuity and ultimately increasing the company's value for.... a sale at multiples of todays SP.
This has to be imo Brad Mills end game... and also why probably so much has been spent on development and why he has accepted the dilutions as a means to an end... the end game . Just my view and why I remain a holder, but DYOR. Have a great weekend all.
Just sold my holding.... perhaps buy back at a lower price around placing date... glad luck to everyone.
Been conversing with Tim Sanford today, and hopefully meeting details / participation on line will be issued tomorrow by RMM
Afternoon all, lots of negativity on this board and imo rightly so. But lets not forget that collectively the PI's probably hold the majority of the shares in this company, so in theory we could push for an EGM to put the BoD in the spotlight.... just a thought.... have a great day all.
Look at the market, lots of red due to new variant Covid fears, but for Mode also Bitcoin fall and recent negative press have imo all contributed to the SP decline, I bought more on the fear today.. lets see what happens in the coming days and weeks ahead....
New to this BB, bought into EUA yesterday, but not new to the LSE. I chuckle with the level of crazy on this BB, reminds me of the dark days of Cine when the SP was sub 20p and the trolls were in full flow.... anyway, have a great day, chill, and enjoy life....
Read the RNS start to finish.... IMO Markets and some holders have over reacted... overall a good RNS with progress being seen in all production aspects... finance will get done.... imo its a great buying opportunity, have a great weekend all... I know I will..
By sell at the earliest possible time, i meant when admission to the market happened... if there are buyers then they will sell them...
Admission to trading commenced at 8.00am on Monday 4th Oct....
Suggest you both read the last RNS on this, the conversion of loan to shares was at 20p,Riverfort are selling at a loss, as part of the RNS states they have to sell at the earliest possible time......
Hi all, in the last update on the NewGen loan, TB used the word "expected" not "will", there is imo wriggle room for them in using this word. I am chilled in any event if it takes a bit longer... have a great afternoon and evening.
