Accounts are available at companies house.
Thanks Ace. I suppose these shares are worth squat in reality, but one lives in hope. However I, like others, wish the bod would just come out with it and say " We've spent all your hard earned money making sure we had a good wage while we ran the company down, lying about deals we couldn't do. Now it's all gone we're off, bye suckers" Just my personal rave of course.Again good luck to all anyway.
Sometimes if the shares are of no value then the administrators may just transfer to you directly. I think most people will agree the shares are of no value now and the near future.
Just to insult to injury, the company that hold my shares have just gone into administration. So the way my luck goes the rest of you shareholders in this share will probably do okay (sod it!!) But best of luck to you all anyway.
Group company accounts are on companies house. Can't see them for a few days. They must show a company in dire needs of funds. the fact that they bothered and didn't just let it be struck off is a sign that they have something in their heads. I'm not getting too excited!
The ‘company’ needs to issue some kind of statement to say what’s going on. If it’s over then say so, so I can get it out of my share account. I’m fed up looking at it in there.
Surely there must be some kind of timescale for how long these things are allowed to go on for.
It’s just been another one of these Aim stories..us mug punters put in cash, the board fill their pockets with fat wages and achieve nothing.
Lesson learnt I hope !
Sadly it looks like the Red leopard has become an extinct species. Has any one bothered to to phone up and hear any bull$hit?
If he commented then we are as good as done.....The Leopards spots are fading
Yep - I'd seen this before. Oh well. I'd mentally written this off anyway now. .
No idea if this is legit, I suspect it might be

Aberdeenman commented on this company after being asked about RLH. Hope he is right, as we might get something back!
It’s how so many of these guys work. Jump to different companies, spout the same shit while the punters lose their cash. While they pick up their nice tidy pay and then..repeat.
Bermele are looking for a pharma/biotech and is on the main market. I did wonder if they could have used rlh but we're stuck with the illusive coal deal.
Now Director at Bermole plc, does that mean he is abandoning this for another reverse takeover company. Fingers in lots of pies but never cleans the plate?
Guess he keeps rolling out the same idea different company and one will work!
Companies do come back. Tomco was out for a few years if I remember. The problem here is that they are dependent on decisions made by the Colombian government, who are obsessed with green energy atm. They even consider hydro to be green which people would argue about, apart from the drought problems. The latest I can find is that they (Colombia) are looking for billions of dollars from one energy investor to be chosen around October. So Sloane may be able to have a go there with coal as a good continuous energy supply combined with their proposed solar plants or set up a consortium with others.
If that fails then RLH will either strike off or look for something else. Maybe go back to Chris Akers and see if he has anything useful.
Just looked...has it really been 21 months this has been suspended.
Had any other company been suspended this long and came back to life ?
I noticed Aberdeenman posting over on the Nfx board in case anyone wants to have a word with him
I'm not writing this off just yet BWTFDIK
Month down the line here is hoping that the pulse actually keeps beating
Yes thanks Biglad (and Benton) - spoken to John May myself a couple of times in the past. He always sounds plausible and reasonable, but trouble is I'm just not sure that we're being spun a yarn until they drawdown whatever funds are left until they're gone. I'd like to believe there's a chance that this will reignite but my better sense is telling me it's dead and buried. Thanks for your endeavours though and good luck to us all.
Thanks Biglad. Still a faint pulse then
Just left a message at the office for John May who called me back.
Here is a summary
The deal re the mine is still the same awaiting the two parties over there to finish it which could be tomorrow or never. Again he emphasised that the deal is that big for a shell and the rewards so big that that is why they are hanging on in there in the hope that this still comes about. He like us is frustrated with the lack of progress so there is a plan b forming for another opportunity which would involve sweat equity on their behalf.
As a result of this RLH would in any event hope to relist in the next six months.
As for lack of updates/communication there is simply nothing to announce and that is the companies position until something changes. Told me he was available to speak to in the future as and when.
So not the news we are looking for but if either plan comes to fruition at least there should be a relisting.
Biglad. John May (chairman) is also the managing partner at City & Westminster Corporate Financier LLP. Contact 0207 9176824.Is also current chairman of The Genesis Initiative Limited. Contact 01276 452020.Can’t find anything for Toby Hayward.
Just tried phoning again sixth time in about 2 weeks still no answer. These guys on the board also must work somewhere else as well if so where ? I`ll start trying them there as well.
Actually ace, they haven't spent all their money------- They have spent all OUR money!!
