Hi Countingcards,
Yes and same to you. Here's hoping, we're all in a better situation over the coming days.
If not Accustem, gonna feel like another missed open goal. But yh a lot seems synced and timed to match Accustem. I do hope it is.
Glad this can give all it's holders some satisfaction before the year end. Well deserved.
Hold for Gold.
Milli hope you are ok. With this one its one more down and two more to go in suspension with the main one still playing hide and seek.
I am not saying if it is Accustem or not on the other one, because I really don't know but there is a strong case for it. Too many similarities going on.
Well pleased that RLD is back from Wednesday. Hold for Gold.
Oops - I can't count. Thanks for confirming the correct day is Wed, not Thu for start of trading.
Trading will begin at 08:00 on the 25th - that is Wednesday under RLD ticker and will then change to LEX ticker in 2 weeks time or thereabouts, according to the RNS.
GLA and let me be the first to wish everyone here a happy xmas and a very happy new year!
Yes indeed, Munchlet. The RNS is out, confirming all the AGM resolutions have been passed, so the share consolidation is going ahead and trading should begin on Thursday. Feeling a combination of twitchiness and excitement. I need to get out of the house for my daily lockdown exercise!
So AGM today. Relisting Wednesday, hopefully. Once management are out of the grips of the horrific NOMAD, expect a blizzard of announcements. I would expect those to be focusing on Jones Keystone for the simple reason that there's been more drilling there, and historic records than anywhere else. Let's wait and see.
As Confucius he say, "may you live in interesting times"!!! Looking forward to the ride and seeing the MMs drop a few hundred K... Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch.... Hahaha!!!
Birds of the same feather....
Just glad that this RTO has occured in record time. My patience has lost weight. I've been tested by cash shells. Although I believe you need just one to hit it big and let's hope Lexington is the one.
Well done to all, regardless of what's to happen, knowing that this Wed we return is enough of an accomplishment.
Hmmm what if it is Accustem? but also I've enjoyed this board not turning negative, unlike some.
Gla
BOU for me too and it was my largest holding at the time! At least SNT (to be Health Destinations plc) on its way back, along with the new Lexington Gold! :-)
Same chriszrr
I am still waiting for BOU as well, hopefully one day
Re-listing RTOs have proved very fruitful in the past, hope that this is also. This one of three I'm waiting on. GLA
Hi Kainos,
That's my claim to fame, the very last one for RLD. Hopefully it will give me rich rewards....

1 week to go!
Munchlet I'd just like to say many thanks for your in depth researched comments
Please keep them coming especially in the shell stock world ??
Mysterious . wonder if he contributes to our BB? Lol
“old Aquarius Platinum team. They took a 20mn$ stock to over $4bn. I like that.”
I like that too !
Lots of stuff recently here. Just to finally explain the consolidation. 10 for one, means move the decimal point one place to the left. So I,000,000 old shares is 100,000 now. But the price has gone up 10 times. Net effect? Zero. However, this makes the stock more approachable to the punters as we are not dealing with telephone numbers here anymore. No more billions etc on a small stock.
As to the stock itself, what is going to happen? Well look at the BOD for a start. Its packed with old natural resource play veterans, that is good. History has a habit of repeating itself. Don't worry that the old owners of these concessions dropped them, they ran out of money pure and simple. Therefore the Richland boys stepped in and raised the cash to take this to the next level. They believe...
So what do we have? 4 concessions and up to 6 targets in an area that is a proven gold producing area, but hugely under-explored in recent years. The team running this is the old Aquarius Platinum team. They took a 20mn$ stock to over $4bn. I like that. If you read between the lines on the prospectus the gold is there already. Some of the drill results indicate serious gold bearing zones; example; over 100m at an average of more than 2grams per tonne is not to be sniffed at. The drilling program will be designed to flesh this out and turn it into something that can be characterised as mineable reserves.
And the price of all this at the placing price? around GBP7mn. Peanuts for 6 effective options on finding something like the Haile mine which has reserves of 4.5mn Oz and was purchased by Oceana Gold for C$850mn in 2015. I expect it to open quietly but given that management want to start drilling immediately, by guess is that there will be loads of news from the beginning as management increase interest in the stock by re-interpreting old data and starting a drip, drip drip of new sexy data as and when it comes available when the drilling program steps out and increases the likelihood of substantial reserves being found.
This should be a very interesting ride........ Anything under 4.0p/share is a steal. Don't forget the Market Makers are short!!! And then there is the mysterious Greenwood. He's locked in now for a year. Hmmm. Even though he's been diluted, he is there. He can't sell. He must love it, otherwise he'd be well gone!!!
Why cash out Pot? The fun is just about to start!!!! We now have an exploration company with 4 concessions and around 6 prospects with loads of history and monster mines not so far away. Hang around. Fortune favours the brave.
Although my broker is currently showing/listing these at 30p.
Pity they won’t let me cash out at that price. :)
Yeah Shovel, and that is bound to be positive news! The question is, how positive it will be.... GLA :)
AGM on the 23rd should give update on the 4 sites expectations.
What is the forecast here do we think, in terms of when this share is first floated? Will it be popular and more people be attracted? Or will people rush to sell up and the SP stagnate lower than it opens....any thoughts from more experiences traders welcome :)
But Orford elected not to continue with these prospects - as announced on TSX on 18th January 2019:
"As part of this refocusing, Ordford has elected not to maintain the earn-in options with Carolina Gold Resources on the Jones-Keystone and Landrum-Faulkner properties in the Carolina Gold Belt as exploration results from these properties have not met strategic objectives.
Orford continues to evaluate opportunities that meet its stated objectives of focusing on underexplored regions that bear strong geological similarities and are in close proximity to existing flagship mining operations for major mining producers.
"
One supposes the gold price at the time may have played a part in Orford's decision to not proceed with Jones-Keystone: the grades do look promising though.
