Lets have facts rather than speculation.
1. Interim results of Nov 8th stated that they now take the data and continue development with partners for functional delivery of their cargos. i.e. prove their specific use case. But yes, that has almost been 3 months now.
2. The further plausible downside relates to not getting the (£1m - 320k = 680k) in from Fosun that was due in Q1CY24 but they do expect it to come in.
3. Why would the plan to be to run out of cash? The directors have a legal duty to shareholders. They will need to at least attempt to raise more or find load/other funding.
But yes, I understand it is concerning and quite late in they day. However, Edison report clearly states they expect to have to raise £5m and then will get a deal in Q2. I guess Iain is trying to get a deal before that stage, but has said "if we have to go to shareholders then we have to go with a very compelling story".
That's old news with with no recent feedback - exactly my point.
Read the accounts - 'the Group and Company and have prepared a further plausible but downside scenario which excludes these inflows and indicates a cash runway until February 2024.'
Well guess what, it's February 2024 and there have been no inflows. Indeed, we have no indication that any inflows are forthcoming within the required timeframe. Further, we have no indication of any activity whatsoever from the CEO to justify the outflows.
So again, I am lead to believe their plan is indeed to run out of cash, take private at minimal cost, and then become successful as a private entity.
Correct. While ditching some other programmes that seemed less promising. It certainly seems like "direction".
Well they have had said quite clearly they are taking data to partners and working on functional delivery of their respective cargos.
Irrelevant if they have 4 weeks' cash and don't make any positive announcements within that time.
I've not seen any direction from the company regarding what they plan to achieve before running out of cash, which leads me to believe their plan is indeed to run out of cash, take private at minimal cost, and then become successful as a private entity.
Must be tiny. For the last 2 weeks I've noticed the price jump up and down on tiny volume, one minute somebody is getting fleeced selling below the bid then the next day it's premiums being paid. Today at 3.5p offer they charge 3.6p for 60k and it's NT yet they dropped it yesterday making it out to look all terrible which I know to be bull. If this dropped positive news there is no seller or overhang to stop it, it would just take off. Could get over 4p today on any little demand as it's NT now to buy
Dear Winkleberry, what will it take to make you believe that someone/thing is very keen to have more of these? But they are patient and want to accumulate at the best price. Fear of failure gives them that opportunity.
Don't take it personally.
Share holders get another kick in the teeth.

Note that CRISPR needs a delivery system...
Presumably the company could run out of cash, be taken private by the directors, and then sold on. So yes, a deal could be done at the lowest possible share price. But not in the interests of the current shareholders!
If a deal gets done, presumably it will be at the lowest possible share price, i.e. as close to the deadline as possible. Is my thinking on this correct?
So yesterday people were selling way below the bid and today somebody buys 120k and pays a big premium, they are taking the mick with this stock, any interest and this will spike to 5p again. There is not that much stock to play with
Heading for another low. The thing is it will be exceptionally hard for anybody to believe in Rene, rumours and bulls t no positive news nearly 10% down in one day, how long can this company carry on!
As usual, the buy/sell indicators with this one are IMO way off-beam. Not sure how they do it but I am sure the brokers do it. So I wouldn't be at all surprised to see an increase by end of day as I still feel someone/thing is accumulating here, with a lot of patience. On the other hand I wouldn't be surprised to see the price fall by the end of the day.... c'est la vie.
OK the 25k trade 4.05p is my buy. Yes I know it’s a pure binary punt. £1k which I can write off if necessary but the upside (if it were to happen) fwiw is worth the risk imo.
I know the bear points - ie.administration quite possible
The bull points:
Iain Ross - track record in industry redx Pharma etc
Biotech sector showing signs of life?
So much R&D here - all goes to waste?
Praised by unnamed Pharma industry partner
Exosome sector due to grow substantially in coming decade with lots more R&D
We’ll see. I won’t have long to wait
They will need more than these latest statements to make anybody believe, to much red tape surrounds Rene this company is full of broken promises.

“Our study suggests that exosomes could be a promising new way to deliver drugs to the brain and treat AD,” said Professor Li Min, Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) of Chinese Medicine at HKBU. “More research is needed, but this study provides hope that a cure for AD may be possible in the future."

"Exosomes derived from stem cells (e.g., embryonic, induced pluripotent, hematopoietic, mesenchymal, neural, and endothelial stem cells) are capable of treating numerous diseases encountered in orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, urology, head and neck surgery, ophthalmology, and obstetrics and gynecology."
... of last week's frenzy? Someone much bigger wants this and it leaked. Everyone in on the leak rushed in to get their share until they were satisfied, knowing approximately what the outcome would be. No further insiders in the know so buying stopped and now they wait. I'm hoping not for long. Fanciful, yes, but we've seen everything over the last few years...

Probably a stupid question but any idea on why we are seeing so many tiny trades at the moment?
Yeah it's worth the effort, quality bird!
Picathartes .... never seen it, but I would love to!
We still don't know the full uses of Exosomes, it's still early days but the potential is enormous. With the amazing ability to pass the Blood Brain barrier being an obvious one that could be very useful in treating a myriad of Brain disorders. Parkinsons and Alzheimers being the obvious ones.
Evidence now emerging around the rejuvination abilities of Exosomes
