I think a cancellation is the most likely / near certainty here. I don’t care as long as they get a decent enough RTO progressed and sealed by the Spring and then re-list at a price equivalent to 2p+. Be nice to be kept informed on a regular basis too once the board can say something. I think the only chance of this being an investment vehicle is if there’s a late failure of the RTO being worked on now. But I think there’s more chance of it folding if that happens owing to the timeframes involved?
Continues to be a rather frustrating waiting game of trust.... But I remain hopeful of a brighter 2022.
...I'm guessing we'd have to do a CCAP anyway; even if a target had been identified immediately after (or shortly before) October's RNS, I doubt we'd have time to complete before 7th Jan, so would likely be looking at cancellation while deal completed followed by relisting.
Genuinely not sure if I'd rather see that, or an attempt to raise and relist as an investment vehicle. The latter seems in ways less risky, while at this point there'd likely still be at least some interest for it.
What are peoples thoughts? Pretty sure the only thing we can agree nobody wants to see at this point is a complete fold!
Just had another look at the web site and the resolutions are in the Notice of Agm document, I have to say resolutions 5+6 dont quite make sense to be as yet..
Jim - Ditto for me too -- where is this info !!!!
Are the agm resolutions posted anywhere to review? Couldn't find them in the website. I'm with HL and don't want to tell them "Yes to all" until I've read them... Feel like there has to be a more elegant solution than messaging HL twice!
Due to the AGM getting closer please do not forget to use your proxy vote.
Check with your broker how this is done.
Hargreaves Lansdowne do not have the facility to do this online.
I know Mr Spencer messaged them last week and received this reply.
"Dear Mr Spencer
Thank you for your recent enquiry and please accept my apologies for the delayed response.
If you would like to vote, we can submit votes for you on your behalf.
Please send us your clear instructions and if you want to vote FOR, AGAINST, or ABSTAIN each of the resolutions. We can then submit this in advance of the meeting.
Please do this at least 5 working days prior the date of the meeting to ensure we meet the company voting deadline.
Let's hope they RTO and put us out of our misery.
Nope - no clue ?
Anyone seen what we are voting on?
Yes to all imo.
I wonder if this AGM has to be passsed before committing to a RTO ?
I know it's clearing a set of accounts but just wondering.
Hi all.
I have had a notification from ii to vote before the agm. Has anyone else had this and if so I assume the general consensus is to agree to all?
Agreed Jim.
This was always a risky punt and it remains so but things can still change for the less risky in a flash. Even if / when it de-lists, all is not lost. Patience and trust May yet prevail.

My guess would be that they're bringing the register up to date ahead of AGM and realised these two had dropped below threshold and no RNS had gone out. Not ideal but if they're taking the time to update the register maybe there's a glimmer of hope?
What does this RNS mean ? How can someone's holdings suddenly change when the share has not been tradeable for ages ?
Donnyminds I did the same 1st time spac oh well it was only a grand
I'll believe it when I see it.
Yes be nice to vote by proxy on a deal !
AGM Announcement. Hopefully have a deal announced as progressing well in time for that! GLA
The company has held their cards close to their chest since day one.
On the morning of the initial suspension I doubt anyone expected an RNS detailing a propose RTO. I’ll stand corrected if they did.
Without knowing what was initially on the table alongside Blue Air and what is still open for negotiation at this point we are all in the dark.
Still a couple of months to get a deal over the line, fingers crossed.
Not long at all. I just can't believe that he hasn't got another deal on the table. At the end of the day he terminated the blue air deal not vice versa.
Until January 6th (I think).
Sorry to ask, but how much time do they have in the rules ?
The only difference between the announcement of the terminating of the talks with BlueAir and the final results was the use of the word 'anticipates' and 'hopes' with regard to updating the market on a subsequent deal.
Fingers crossed they're working hard behind the scenes.
Shows not over yet
Your right about the rampers. They are absolute sh—e. They sucker investors in for their own gain. They did this with Fastjet and Flybe meanwhile being verbally aggressive to anyone who did not play their game. That’s the problem with these boards, just to many sh—s !!
