Mr Grey panther .Market Watch reports that Coralian is already approaching third parties for a possible sale of victory ..but they may wait for the Draft Field Development Plan which should be submitted before the end of the year to be approved by the U K regulator ...
Hi Lenin. I said that Corallian "seems to be going in the right direction" and not that they (nor RBD) had arrived yet, or sold the house as you put it. Still, I believe that RBD's 49.99% holding in Corallian is now a lot more promising, bearing in mind that the Victory project still has quite few hoops to jump through, as mentioned by Barking Crazy at 11.08 today
Same as I was saying last night, plenty of life left in the company yet. DYOR and all that.
Mr Grey panther ...if you take careful note of the R N S ..Stephen Williams has stated..(in a short part from the R N S )...The Victory project will at the appropriate time deliver considerable value to Reabold and our shareholders ...So in its most simplistic sense it is the same as when you have a house rising in value but until the sale is complete the value is not released ...It is at the moment of sale that there should be a massive jump in the Reabold share price ...He is obviously very confident that their 3 year + project for Reabold will finally pay off ...
Selfish. I can confirm that Grey Panther is a shareholder with 10 million shares, but I won't mention the dreadful average price, and I'm a long term holder at that. Just because a holder makes a critical comment from time to time you seem to think ....... Well, what do you know about me either? At least Corallian now seems to be going in the right direction. There, a positive comment from GP!
We can all insult each other . It’s not going to make a f’d up drill flow.
Scum, choice.
Are you a Daily Mail reading, gammon faced little Englander, cloves?
Or are you just lonely?
Looney left? Shut it cloves you small minded, ****** piece of ****.
Seriously artyth. You think persimmon is a shareholder? RNST is a shareholder? GreyPanther is a shareholder? Can you hear that running water sound?
That's them plssing themselves, at you.
We are share holders, but you ramping ******s just get on our nerves .
What, we are talking the share price down? Give me strength.
PLenty of life left in this company yet. Some people are talking down the company for their own benefit. We all have our own agendas. The ones being negative on an. almost daily basis are playing games................why keep posting about a company you have no faith in? Surely you’ve sold your shares? If you don’t know how to do it, Google it .
That reminds me about part of my Gathering Storm posts in August.
And this small parcel of it about Reabold California.
31.12.2020
Reabold California enters agreement with McCool via Sunset Exploration for fee of £284,000.
This agreement includes Reabold California paying 100% of completing existing well as a water injection well, and
100% of costs to re-establish an existing oil well. RBD investment £1,933,000 .
Loan to Reabold California LLC £6,292,000 with no fixed repayment date.
January 2021
Presentation reports Grizzly Island to earn in 50% after drilling well.
* Permission to actually drill Grizzly Island never given by Californian Authorities.
Or the remaining NPV10 of the California interests of $2.8mm (from Jan 1)
So you disagree with their NAV10 of $11mm for WN and the High and Low case recoverable numbers...?
What did we all miss??
Do you still think its the transformational discovery they said it was?
Do you accept that they also stated that Rathlin don't have enough cash for the next well?
OR has the story simply moved on (for the 4th time) on to Victory now??
#magicalmysterytour #ericandernie
cloves, is there any truth in the rumour that you only tell the truth by mistake?
Cloves obviously you missed the important 10%
there were other lines like:
"We model a high case recovery of ~17mmboe from West Newton" [16bcf and 13.8 mm bbls oil.
and]
"We have constructed a low recovery factor success case for West Newton, incorporating the drilling of one further appraisal well and thirteen development wells, recovering a gross 9.9mmboe (8.2mmbbls oil and 10bcf gas). This equates to a recovery factor of ~8%."
Thirteen wells to get 8mm bbls ... !
No, Not good enough cloves...... PASSED IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Are you so thick you are incapable of understanding that actual votes counted is paramount in applying the code.
Look at any other company who is signed up and tell me the ones that do not give voting numbers.
If you were to be correct 20% would not even be mentioned, there would be no need. Talk about trying to educate pork!
When in a hole stop digging....you've lost another argument. In fact come to think of it, I can't remember you ever winning a single one.
Cloves did you actually read the sponsored research by BNP. Sponsored means the company paid for it...
"The subject Company of this Research report has commissioned Exane to cover its stock and, consequently, Exane has received compensation from the Company for the preparation and dissemination of this research report"
nevertheless -
They predict recovery factors of 8-14% for WN... hardly the second largest field in the UK according to analysis the company just paid for.
cloves, taken from QCA Annual accounts and disclosures under the code.
It's all there on page 16 so don't tell more 'porkies' about the AGM voting procedures and it's not required to show voting numbers.
QCA Code of Practice for small and medium sized companies states on page 16 this.....
• Disclose the outcomes of all votes in a clear and transparent manner.
• Where a significant proportion of votes (e.g. 20% of independent votes) have
been cast against a resolution at any general meeting, the company should
include, on a timely basis, an explanation of what actions it intends to take to
understand the reasons behind that vote result, and, where appropriate, any
different action it has taken, or will take, as a result of the vote.
• Include historical annual reports and other governance-related material,
including notices of all general meetings over the last five years.
Perhaps having read the above, share holders will now understand why they didn't publish the voting numbers.
And why cloves and others like him, those who are in too deep for their own well being, do not wish to see it published.
BMC77...I agree, I'll leave for a while now to give the rampers on here a free run to go 'chasing rainbows', more commonly known as averaging down. Good luck, but watch the spread to avoid being captured.
Yawn.
Where are the results as per the QCA code of practice on the companies own website or via an RNS. The site you refer to is only an analyst report, and that does not have any results posted anyhow.
You'll have to wriggle better than that to prove posting of voting results.
All the other small companies I an involved with who have signed up to the QCA good practice code, post their results the same day as the AGM, many within a couple of hours.
So I ask the question again why not RBD. I think prospective investors should know don't you? and if you don't agree I look forwards as to your reasons why not!!
Oh and you J.B.
