Addisonshare, I am the same,
149500 shares at 2.6p, retiring next year so this would top up the pension nicely should the gods look upon me kindly.
Still learning but the seems like a good start
I am a newbie so feel free to take the p**s
InsiderKnowledge, spot on, been banging this drum for weeks here. The market seems to agree.
I don't want any predetor wading in and sweeping this up.
Ditto that!
Great post insiderK.
China buying bitcoin more than likely, after the Evergrande news
I’m told Bitcoin picked up omricon whilst out, late last night with the lads.
It has since applied for a booster jab.
With the billions slushing around the crypto industry, I would not be surprised if a knock out offer was made for qbt even at this relatively early stage. It's the possibility of cornering the mining market. What price would be acceptable to qbt? I would suggest some figure far far higher from where we are. Think arb from 3p to pounds. QBT could be much more valuable. Gla
Insiderknoledge! Great post:)
Exactly 29m is 1 20th of Argo and this tech will make them obsolete in no time. They will twig and switch here when they actually do some research into the basics of what the reduced nm components means. More CPU power, smaller space, less resistance so less energy less heat so less cooling required. QBT will by far exceed Argo in no time.
lol don't mention QBT on Argo board they are in total denial that QBT has tech at 5nm I don't think they even understand what that means. If you read the board they think it is quantum and actually don't even realise that Quantum is simply the name of the company! Scary that they are even allowed money when you see that kind of post.
There are a couple of threads over there on QBT to read but they are in denial and don't even see the potential.
I think cross chat about tech that is related is logical and shouldn't be cause for them to be hostile. They was at our price not that long ago. Can you imagine the same 3000 bagger here! you would just throw £10k in and be set with £300k!!! if you maxed your ISA that's £600k why wouldn't they want to take some of the profits they made there even that £20k example and throw it here. Crazy as it sounds if it is multiples faster than current ASIC even 5 or 10 the power savings, the cooling, the equipment life time the speed would obliterate every other miner out there in no time at all. The potential revenue here is not just on bitcoin of course this is physical hardware chips that can be repurposed for any crypto. They can model a true generic miner that can swap with the most profitable algo to mine and STILL obliterate the competition.
Honestly this is going to be revolutionary and I wouldn't be surprised if the company isn't bought out by someone who does clearly understand the potential here.
Even the energy savings will be so huge that alone will make all other miners obsolete as the running costs to mine are simply not feasible even if they have a whole warehouse of Chinese miners the running cost plus speed difference will make them instantly not profitable. No wonder Argo is so hostile at this tech.
Focus on the market cap - currently £29m
This is a joke for a company that looks to be on the verge of disruptive game changing technology
Looking at the proactive video again this could rise on an exponential curve to a market cap of maybe 10-20 times current market cap……
Look at the ARB curve and KR1 curve when the penny dropped …..
Have to question the timing of massive sells across cryptos across the pond yesterday.
Where are the funds going?
Are they pre-empting a crypto price correction, or investment into other related fields?
It’s it indeed. I meant 1bils worth of longs in 24 hours liquidated. Good to get leverage traders out.
Bitcoin is up and down like a yo yo. 3 months ago it was 40k - now it’s 47k. Not really a pop. Just volatile.
Surely Bitcoin pooping is going to temper enthusiasm here. Something like a 1billion of longs liquidated in the last hour. Would like a bounce to come soon, it would be great for us to rerate alongside Bitcoin. Hold tight. GLA
Bitcoin dropping big time down 11 percent at just over 47000,all going to pile in here Monday .
