No, we are away that week, but I feel next years' is the one we'll all meet up at
Hopefully IF will drop some good news b4 the AGM.
W$
Wish you a good time at the AGM, as one of the most loyal investors you deserve it.
Work still doesn't allow me attendance. I think what we're all pondering is the transition from having DSM do all the supply chain work to taking that over fully. Who will be doing the jobs, what are the practical requirements and costs involved? Obviously nothing can be disclosed that hasn't already been notified, but hopefully you'll see some pointers.
Are you going to the AGM
W$,
Thanks for the summary. Hope we will be in profit in very near future.
Nothing we don't already know. I've added FF+ revenue
https://postimg.cc/ctdzMK1T
Takeaways
launching FF+ has been a good move, extra cash it brings is very useful income
if research were stopped we would have been in profit.
If no covid issues DSM PSA should have been nearer 500K and hence losses less than 50K.
With new deal the "DSM PSA" should multiply and we should be in good profit (once issue with supply chain costs/stock settles).
( two million users at 2p profit to us per dose puts us worth 5 to 10p a share and IF stock options become very valuable)

W$,
Thanks for the plot. So everything is downward trend. What does it mean?
alf
yes, and a good pension
Wherever he ends up he'll be a useful contact for us.
W£
Certainly a possibility. He is well connected, the kind of person that would be required to go it alone without DSM.
Not considered that one Welly, bet he's on a stiff old salary, but he no doubt has a wealth of contacts
Just catching up
- do peeps think Mr Frédéric Boned may be joining PXS ?
W?
Seem to have the products which are a good fit for ff in the US , https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20220915005311/en/Momentous-Announces-6.5M-Series-A?mkt_tok=MzM5LVNYVy03NjEAAAGHR8tFoJ4Mnse-bY7jjLfg1Wr3Hy89g-xoZxWQiq4rpvaMP9g2K_ev8YLUIeeL1XWZumlmSfHefjdqnDpx_m0wup2YyfbCawk3Ur93GnTKulanx7ZJ
Got my train tickets forvthe AGM. Meeting David there. Anyone else planning to go we can perhaps meet up after for a beer or two
My thoughts were that DSM might still want a board member at PXS as they still have a Premix and Market-Ready Solutions supply agreement with us and also the new partnership that has been agreed relating to the gut microbiome patent. Not forgetting the 143,769,230 shares DSM-V still hold.
"We aim to take an active role in startup activities at the board level"

Although we cant say that Mr Frédéric Boned appeared very "active" wrt Fruitflow.
https://www.provexis.com/about-provexis/board-of-directors/
Reading his blogs, it looks like he was on the marketing side rather than governance for DSM-V . So my guess is thathe Won't be directly replaced. There's surely a place for a Sales Director going forwards, as links to many existing customers must be maintained and developed as Provexis actually sell Fruitflow B2B

Frederic Boned our non executive director at DSM is leaving DSM so I wonder if another will be appointed as they still own 6.5% of pxs.
Hi W$,
I think you made a plot last year for various parameters of PXS e.g., loss, cash in the bank. I think it will be a good idea if you could update that plot with this year's results and paste it here to show where we are.
Looking forward to what area IF plans to focus on.

Probably due to the very low volume of buys/sells.
Why a massive spread i meant sorry
Why such a massive apread
There were plenty of Virologists at the time that said the spike protein would cause problems but they were ignored. I know several people that had adverse effects , more dangerous and common than is reasonable
FF:the best kept secret
And that would result in mass followings and attention from lots of potential users. How?
Genuine question, I just don't get this viral thing.
