If anyone is going to the AGM, it would be good to get a better understanding of the SAMR process, the current position of BH in that process and the expected timeline for a ruling one way or another. They won’t give away any sensitive details regarding BH, but may give some broad timelines from a PXS standpoint.
"as the share price is 2 year low"
Not quite https://postimg.cc/7GPSZyps
Disappointing but not surprising that the share price has taken a dip with the further equity finance or potential loan finance that may be required to buy the remaining stock from DSM.
Look at the bigger picture, the market is a mess right now. A bad winter could make things look far worse IMHO
Of course, the high cost of energy is causing a world situation that will dampen consumer spending for years. Our political woes double down on the pain.
Is there no opinion out there ,regarding the up coming Agm on Thursday as the share price is 2 year low
closed below the 200 dMA , hasn't done that since April 20 . Doesn't seem like anything much is happening TBH.
Oh dear a new 2 year low

Just had a little top-up at .6485 to reduce my average. This is the lowest sp level for almost 2 years and, as nothing appears to have changed I thought it worth a dabble.

I think the controlled buying range will come to an end if sommatdontappen before Feb.
So Frederic is leaving DSM 3 months b4 the new PXS world order - could be a coincidence but a 3 months is probably his notice period. He shall be privvy to everything (multiple sales, funnels, etc blah blah) and I'm sure a small company like us could tempt him with lucrative stock options (big corps don't offer potential for jackpots - the DSM shares are heading south fast so his LTIPS might be worth jack atm) that might have value if what IF has been dangling in front of us is not just BS. Alternatively, what about BH, presumably he has been working closely with them ?
As good a conspiracy theory as any atm.....

BB, FWIW I thought it was unlikely as well but it didn't stop me wondering.
:)
Gixer
Tis semantics, but I didn't say you did, I was just pointing out the, surely various reasons, that it's pretty darned unlikely !
Come 2023, DSM will primarly be a customer. In the short to medium term ( two or three years maybe ? ) , that'll be good for us, in that it gives us a real chance of moving into profitability.
But, if they thought FF sales were going to accelerate massively over that timescale, they'd have fought hard to keep the AA going so they had a decent slice of the pie. Maybe they did fight hard, but IF was driving a real hard bargain, maybe not ?
But, either way, none of that ties in with them having a place on the board as a NED.
Obviously now I've typed all that we'll get an RNS next week to prove I'm wrong which says someone from DSM is joining the board !
BB
Great stuff glad to hear it .
We didn't pay him or the previous DSM NED.
Why would we want the position filled ? another fat cat salary for doing nothing ! really , we are not a charity but it feels like it with IF taking over £100 k a year + share options , for what ?
PXS is in Zombie mode , we have the IP does anyone want it ? if so give us a offer please. IF BH are going to get stuck in with a big launch they will not want PXS holders benefitting way into the future imo.
I agree with you Gix, DSM are very far from walking away from Fruitflow. Clearly there have become many more facets to the usefulness of the ingredient, creating their new role of developing premix and MRS. The issue with DSM is that Fruitflow is a tiny part of a huge catalogue, with nobody in particular tasked with driving it forwards. To even get a mention in a sales conference was an achievement. Fully focussed sales planning will be a benefit if we can work with brands direct, but it's a massive task without doubt. By Health is clearly the most attractive route toa mass market IMHO
BB, I didn't say that DSM would put someone forward I said I "wondered if we were going to get another DSM Non-executive Director" due to the fact they still hold 6.48% of the company or more accurately DSMV do and we know DSMV like to have someone at board level. Then there is the Premix and Market-Ready Solutions agreement along with the new partnership that has been agreed relating to the gut microbiome.
IMO, over 1 million Euros is a lot of stock to hold if they were expecting to walk away from the existing AA.
Anyway, as I said. It appears as though its not going to happen.
Gixer - why would DSM put forward someone else as a NED ?
They've, all but, walked away from Fruitflow having failed to agree a meaningful partnership with Provexis which takes them beyond the existing AA. They probably have something in the order of 1.5 million Euros worth of stock left and have an agreement in place with us, at least in principle, to get that off their books as well. 1.5 million is small fry to them.
Put simply, the business entity that is DSM doesn't think it's a good use of their capital to continue investing in Fruitflow, so it would make no sense to have one of their people take over as a NED.
Obviously DSM Venturing still have an interest, so maybe they'll put someone forward ? But I suspect they'd be happy to arrange a transfer of their shares to any interested party as and when it's convenient and there's interest from someone.
BB
Pretty sure someone will have to come aboard to help IF with the extra workload but I had wondered if we were going to get another DSM Non-executive Director. It appears not. BWTFDIK :)
That's as bald a statement as could be.
I'd hope to see a proper Sales Director sometime in the future, but obviously we're not privy to the new financial model from 2023.
No mention of filling the position then.
DP
what is clear is that FF+ income tracked income from DSM PSA. So it looks like FF+ sales have been restricted by general FF availability to DSM (not sure what happened in 2021). With the planned supply increases .............

gixer,
Great find. All these needs to translate in to products and increase of FF sale.

That's what I am hoping for. But is a good day out and IF is always friendly
