Came across this when I was looking at a different company. Much of it is self-evident but it does put an interesting slant on the RNS process, especially the last paragraph.
Quickly read through ,I’m sure someone will give it a good read. , http://www.by-health.com/en/aboutus/news/4178/

I agree wellsite, Seems a bit unprofessional to put the website live before its finished. Also the contact is a gmail address that has very little info attached to it. The same email address is on this doc.

Happy to wait and see how it turns out but I am hoping the cross-border e-commerce distributor is one of By-Healths companies like i-mybest.
http://www.i-mybest.com/
No doubt we will find out soon. Fingers crossed.

Great find. This could be the USA distributor PXS were mentioning in one of the RNS. Why raise so much money for use of stock of fruitflow plus if you have no potential/ singed customers. All this should keep us going to blue hat.

To follow on from my earlier posts, this could possibly explain what the "other regulatory submissions to the SAMR" are???
"The five completed studies showed excellent results in use for Fruitflow, and they provide strong evidence for
By-Health in its blue cap and other regulatory submissions to the SAMR for Fruitflow, supported by the
Company’s existing European Food Safety Authority (‘EFSA’) health claim for Fruitflow"

End of financial year so it is most likely £20 k put in an isa
Hi BP,
Sure it looks very odd transaction. All of a sudden 4.3m share traded without any clue. It seems some kind of transfer rather than normal buy or sell. Hope something good is brewing up at the back ground.
Anyone have any idea what the two unknown trades for 2160000 shares are about? Nothing all day then this happens.

"Research Background
EFSA approved the first health claim study in 2009 that "water-soluble tomato concentrate helps maintain normal platelet aggregation and helps healthy blood flow". This is the first product that has passed the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) Act 13.5 on the claims of new functions, and has been approved for EFSA's first new health care function. The scientific opinion issued by the European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) in 2011 pointed out that cardiovascular health function claims include adjusting blood lipids, lowering blood pressure, maintaining normal endothelial function, and reducing platelet aggregation. In this scientific opinion, it is pointed out that "in subjects with higher cardiovascular (CV) risk factors (such as smokers, hypercholesterolemia subjects, obesity, diabetes), their platelets are prone to be overactive and hypercoagulable. And it is closely related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis and its complications.
In the China Guidelines for Risk Assessment and Management of Cardiovascular Diseases in 2018, increased platelet aggregation has been listed as a potential risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Therefore, the development of different interventions against platelet aggregation has now become a goal of maintaining cardiovascular health. Among them, the research on the new functions of health food in the cardiovascular field has extremely high necessity and feasibility."

As we know there are 27 (soon to be 24) health function claims approved in China.
http://www.sfdachina.com/info/86-1.htm
Other than Blood Pressure reduction, the fit for Fruitflow within these health functions is limited IMO.
What if By-Health are actually trying to get a new function included in the list of 27 (24) health function claims that would better suit Fruitflow?
"Dr. Zhang Xuguang, Director of By-Health Science and Technology Center and part-time researcher of Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health of Chinese Academy of Sciences, shared the current role of By-Health in the field of elderly nutrition from multiple angles on the topic of "new functions, new technologies, and new concepts of healthy nutrition intervention for the elderly". Research and development work carried out.
"New Function" mainly focuses on the cardiovascular health of the elderly, sharing the important influence of platelet function and the improvement effect of Xinluoxin on the excessive activation and abnormal aggregation of platelets."

By-Health Institute of Nutrition and Health website.
New function research
"The new function of health food is a health function that is not within the scope of the current health function published by the State Food and Drug Administration, and is fundamentally different from the name of the current health function and its functional evaluation method.
In order to better meet people's health needs, the Institute integrates the resources of authoritative nutrition and health research institutions at home and abroad, and continuously explores the innovative research field of "new functions, new materials, and new technologies", and has been in the field of new functional products for cardiovascular health. Achieved certain results."

We may be much closer to approval than we thought looking at those timescales. 15 months +.
Was it Feb 2019 they submitted the trial evidence? 25 months ago?
Great find again , This is interesting look at estimated time scales at bottom of document . http://www.cirs-reach.com/news-and-articles/What-are-the-Differences-between-Registration-and-Filing-of-Imported-Health-Food.html
