Look at SIS with its circa £1m
that is where Moon was clever he knew competitive people would always be looking for a edge . Most however never think that it will be them that needs to get a precautionary supplement in their older age .

It will be more than 3p for sure. Look at SIS with its circa £1m profit. That is worth circa £95m at present and was worth more. That is around 5 times PXS market cap.
I am hoping that once BH get started with their own BH products and distribution, it will bring in some proper money. I think it will certainly make big news!! We’ve seen how wide spread the notice of the PXS collaboration went.
The next couple of years will be interesting. Who knows, one day I may even get my money back :)

Much as I'd love to make a case for the defence here colbaltblue, like other posters I have to agree with much of what you've said. I'm pretty sure it pains you as much as the rest of us but the facts speak for themselves. I know DSM from a previous life, they are HUGE in their field and so when the tie-up was announced it filled me with confidence. The reality has been massive disappointment and unfulfilled promise. I still firmly believe in the science here which surely must deliver sooner or later. Whether I'll live long enough to see it is another matter. Until then, no doubt we'll have more promises of "multiples" of existing volume...

Boring Bernie is right , H&B is like Health plan which is where I get my FF , FF does not feature FF in their pamphlet , they dont waste money on ink if they can help it .
There will probably be another 3 fund raises before PXS makes enough to pay the BODs their un earnt over inflated salaries.
The SmoFlow product isn't even on their website in Malaysia so either they don't have any or it is withdrawn? , you can't go by websites anyone can make a web page in 5 mins .

CB does have one valid point, there will be a fund raise later 2022 to buy a load of Fruitflow to sell to B-Health. But that money raised will be more than worth it. Yes a lot of posters on here knocking the share but dont have any. Some even think they will be buying at 0.25 lol
colbaltblue, no wonder you are depressed if those are your views. That is if you are still a holder here and not just knocking for knocking sake like certain others that will remain nameless.
I do partially agree with you on one point though and although we have much to be thankful to DSM for I do believe that they could have/could do more. If they had been as proactive as By-Health is proving to be now then things may have been totally different here. So, if it takes By-Health to kickstart the other majors/globals then so be it.

If you take the view that any future value is in the hands of the PRC, it all becomes rather depressing. This is now a one trick Pony with all the chips put on success in China. Maybe 2024 will be the start of meaningful income so probably nothing of any consequence until 2024/2025. Then what? A three bag to 3p? But the skill will be in avoiding the mass exodus to the exit door of folk who have been invested/stuck (by 2025) for nearly FIFTEEN YEARS!! Just let that thought sink in for a minute. 15 years and the SP is less than one penny. Too much blind optimism, lack of shareholder involvement and faith in a company which has simply not delivered. Let's hope that the actual product continues to be available in the future despite the very poor way it has been managed (IMO) Does anyone believe the 2010 collaboration with DSM has been any thing other than an extremely modest outcome and way below expectations?

As you say though Welly, the sp is in a holding pattern, with very little willingness to sell, or buy.
I think it wouldn't take much more appetite to sway things in a positive direction. Tempting.
The other issue we simply do not have the supply chain in place .......
H&B ? Would prefer to get on supermarket shelves if there was a marketing push. He who must not be named managed to get SiS in Tescos and LIDLs as well as many other places.

Holland & Barrett are big players in the UK market, but FF has hardly been flying off their shelves, or at leas5 not enough to make much difference to us financially. I'm sure if they thought there was a return on a huge marketing push as per Wellsite's wish, then they'd be doing it.
It's sad that H&B sales have been uninspiring, but I think we gave to accept that, in the short term at least, the UK and Europe aren't going to make us rich, but ByHealth see their area of the world as much more promising.

Wish I could agree, but, when you view the myriad health claims for products you've never heard of, the words "crowded marketplace" seem apt. I see Seven Seas ads on TV occasionally, someone like that could get the kind of acceleration due to their high profile. Fruitflow seems such a good fit with them too.
We could be making $$$ in UK if it were marketed correctly....
Take fruit flow and you won't get a stroke - or words to that effect - and it would be flying off of the shelves.

I can’t find the article I was reading the other day, but it showed that BH online sales were as big as the next 3 biggest combined.
ByHealth No 1 that's good . If FF is going to be making BH $$$$$ in a year or so then you'd expect the SP to be rising now, insiders accumulating .

The first 9 months of this year already showing £1.3 billion for Keylid .

By channel, offline channels represented roughly 69.24% of total domestic revenue, with 5.51% rise from the prior year; online channels saw 57.79% hike in the percentage of revenue.
And Keylid has only been on sale for 2or 3 years i believe ! Rapid penetration into the massive Chinese and Far East markets

Looking over By-Healths 2020 Annual Report and there No 1 product KEYLID, a joint care brand, made revenue of RMB 1.313 billion.
RBM 1,313,000,000 or £154,104,905
That equates to £2,963,555 revenue a week at todays exchange rate for a product that contains Glucosamine.
With the significant investment By-Health has made in Fruitflow, we can only guess what kind of revenue they will expect to get from Fruitflow based products.

I suspect BH drove the 2023 deal - ensures DSM are out for the picture for BH territory when BH do buy us out.
