The last two placings were at 0.40...?next
Given that the placing is likely to be with the same folks who have backed other placings, they have a vested interest in not driving down the value of their existing holdings. We shall see.
Surely they will want a discount to pay the Bod (I mean help the company )
Interesting comparison here with the situation over at SAREUM where the seriously clever team entered into a salary deferment scheme pending future success of the Company. Also interesting to note the average annual income for someone running a corner shop with the same gross revenue as Provexis. You couldn't make it up. Placing maybe £0.0030p.
If there's a sweepstake, I'll take .5p
Optimistic IMO. Why would anyone pay that when the company appear to be years away from profit and will need more cash next year. In fact, what is the investment case here bearing in mind the heavy dependence on success in China?
To state the obvious.
Any placing will likely be at a small discount to the mid price at the time although it has been known to be at a premium.
No point guessing.
Gixer
"There's no point guessing". Probably not, but investing in something like Provexis involves guessing where the company will be in whatever timescale people think of, and how that might affect the sp, which both get discussed. If everything had to have a point then there's something to be said for closing this bulletin board down.
Nothing wrong with a bit of guesswork, so long as it's clear that's all it is, and it sure as hell beats talking about the merits of plastic pots over blister packs !
BB
BB,
Got your grumpy head on tonight :-)
I will wait till it's announced but don't let me stop anyone else from having some fun.
ps. I think your winning so far.
Haha - I'm always grumpy, you should know that by now !
Plastic pots though ffs, why can't people just watch Gardeners World and admire the bloody plant pots !!
The plastic pots are a tacky, cheap mistake (temporary or not) with hard to remove tops. Blister packs are best and probably what most people prefer. Much more professional and not a pedantic point as you imply but another example of clueless management IMO.
Give it a rest. Strong sell. Just fully sell up and leave. This world at the moment is bad enough without. And Zeus b"....".......
Do you still think "Blue Cap" is close?!
I doubt even By-Health knows how close Blue Cap is (or isn't)
Sure they might have a rough idea on timescales but IMO that will be it.
Looking back at our own EFSA health claim application, PXS didn't know until it happened. May 2009 it was adopted and then we had to wait until December 2009 for final approval of the health claim.
IMO we, and provexis, won't know until it happens and again IMO, needing funds now doesn't necessarily mean Blue Cap is years away. BWTFDIK :-)
I think giving 3 months notice of possible fundraising tells us that they have no idea of when blue cap is coming ,and like us hoping it comes sooner rather than later .
I think you have to consider the practical aspects of the trials. Healthy volunteers are the first requirement, and clearly Covid will have caused much disruption. I've got no doubt that timeframes will have been revised, because they could have made much of the positive effects of Fruitflow on Covid recovery if they had been able to get Blue Hat. The Chinese government will not accept as proof trials in any other country. Suspicion of foreigner runs deep in their psyche.
I just can not get my head around the attitude of the old codger, still demanding this, that and everything despite being pretty much sold up. No manners, no morals, wishes harm on all holders' values. Easier to understand Zeus, he's a GP on this board, on others he's just finished a shift at a hospital. Another in a long list of billy liars
